At the time, I asked the tech to check the fluid levels, which he assured me he did. Not so, the washer fluid reservoir was empty when I took it in , it was still empty the next day. I just took my car to the dealership for some work. While there, the oil pan was leaking. On inspection they found the bolt used to attach the oil pan had been attached using an impact drill, not torqued with a wrench to factory standards. Then to make matters worse, the tech who did it at Autosplash used silicone to cover up his mistake. The repair bill is over$800.00!! The wash was machine but as you can see the way they clean the interior in the images will answer my point. We were told that in order to approve the inspection which is only $25, they would need to change the brake fluid and the radiator fluid out. $176 later I finally was able to leave. Neither of these services were required for a state inspection!! These men saw a woman who knows nothing about cars and completely took advantage of the situation. They laughed and said the brake fluid was black and must be changed out immediately because it was dangerous to drive. I was told it should be flushed and changed every 24k miles. A brake fluid flush does not just consist of replacing brake fluid from the master cylinder. - Reviews:This was my first time coming here and will be my last time. I purchased the $49 express super clean. I asked the girl at the front if that included detailed cleaning of the outside and inside, she said yes. I asked her a second time and to be specific and asked if they’re for sure going to clean the inside, again she repeated yes. The outside of my car is fine, but the inside all they did was vacuum and put some type of shine. The chairs were not cleaned, the cup holders and door holders were half cleaned. They were more focused on the shining than the actual cleaning. I spoke to a man in a red shirt (I’m guessing he’s the manager) and he said that no to clean the chairs is an extra $54. I am so disappointed. I could’ve taken my $49 somewhere else… if the girl upfront wasn’t sure of what she was saying she should have gotten someone else to verify for her. If I could give this place no stars I would. I went into this establishments March 31st and I had my vehicle fully detailed and spent $200. I let them know about areas that weren’t cleaned but due to language barrier I had to go ahead and clean the inside myself. I drove 2 hours to have my car detailed here and I had to clean the inside myself. I was highly disappointed in the detail and upset that I had to clean it myself. My vehicle interior is white so every spot neglected is very visible.
On June 30 I had an oil change and a car washwith the “Detail -Interior Super Clean” which was $60.00. To my horror, when they opened the door and I got in, they had scrubbed so hard the center console that they literally took off the leather surface. The man said that’s where your arm is. I said, “No, that was not like this and my arm doesn’t have wire bristles for hair!” The guy said come back tomorrow to talk to their manager. So on July 1st, I met with Carmelo Sanchez, their Car Wash Manager. He acted concerned, took a picture, filled out their “Customer Incident Report Claims Procedures Agreement” and took a picture of it, giving me back the original. He promised to talk to his supervisor and took my cell number. I waited for 2 weeks, as I went on vacation and it was the holiday week. No one called. No follow-up. No communication from “Frank”, the owner. So if you want your car damaged without any offer to make damages repaired or compensated, go to Splish Splash. I would not recommend this business to a friend.
Went in August 4, 2022 to have my truck waxed. I usally go here to get a deap clean and wax. They usally do a fantastic job. This time however i had what looked like tree sap on my hood and windshield. It was still there after it was done also the weel finders were still black from road grind. Kinda wonder if it really got hand waxed. $150.00 is expensive not to pay attention to detail.
Service was fine, routine oil change. I normally go to another place but was short on time. I was quoted $85 for the oil change(mobil1) and when i went to pay after service rendered the total was $135. I have never paid this much before, if i had known i would have gladly made the drive to my normal place. if that is the cost, cool… But make your customers aware you will charge 50% OVER YOUR QUOTED PRICE.
It’s hard to find a car wash to do lifted trucks, so I’m super happy to have found Splish Splash Car Wash & Oil Change!!!! Great price for a full hand wash on my RAM and an awesome job on top of that!! They brought back the SHINE of my wheels!!!!
