Weirdest experience in my life. The lady was rude. Just wearing a regular black tee walked over from the store area and I told her $20 regular cash. And then she just looked at me and stuck her hand out, no explanation. And when I asked do I pay first she was just rude with her body language and response. She took my money and walked away without pumping. I literally thought she stole my money and did not work here with her manners. Then came back and said I was $1 short, didn’t count it in front of me. I counted it twice. Just a bad experience. I myself do visit here 2-3 times a week for service n generally its a good vibe.By Scott Lang (2 months ago)This gas station is the most inconsistent ive ever been to…im a local to atlantic city..born in acmc and raised in general area…ever since “Rocktane” opened the hours have been whatever’s convenient for them that particular day…its 10:45am on a sunday morning and theres not anyone even here to work…somedays they close at 6-7pm when they are supposed to be open til 10pm…theres a saying that is extremely true n its “the best ability is availability “ tired of everyone blaming covid-19 for our problems…Hard Rock yas need to step your game up
UPDATE…7-15-22….I get my car washed couple times a month and service is usually average…BUT today Lauren who was running the car wash was absolutely amazing…pulling up to the car wash she introduced herself letting me know she will be doing the pre-wash soaking of my car…which was very cool…in a world where customer service is lacking Lauren was everything a company should hope for when representing their place of business…she was a breath of fresh air and I just had to show the appreciation right back because it’s important…we have no problem throwing out negative experiences but rarely point out the positive..thank you Lauren…5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for the above n beyond approach to your job

Got the small amount of gas I need because I was in rush to make an appointment. Next day I go to get gas at my local gas station and the attendant tells me my gas cap is missing. What does it say when a person can’t perform the simplest part of their job. Soon as I found out I tried calling and then went back because they open at 8:00 in the morning but no one was there, it was 8:10. Among a great utility to wash your vehicle, it was refreshing to see someone who appeared to be the owner standing out and about asking if you needed any help. Attached to this review are pictures of the touchless wash bay and options. An extra tip for those getting the undercarriage of the vehicle done, it is the underlying bar at the very entrance of the bay, which you must drive slowly over while it sprays upwards as it does not move. I was not happy with my car wash. It was a new experience which was exciting but it did not clean my car well. If you just need a quick suface wash, this will work fine. If you have a stain, it will not remove it from your vehicle.

One recommendation from us all that will make this a 5 star. Wash bays should have change/creditcard use all in one. Can get my car cleaned for under 5 bucks. If I just need a fast rush job I can just spend only $2.50 can’t beat that. Soap use is great on brush there vacuum does the job with the two kinds they have. Great place and ok location. You can grab some food right next door at Jonuzi pizza shop. ✌🏾#GOTTAGOGOODBYE
