Took my car for a wash. Paid for inside and outside cleaning. The outside was okay (done through a actual automatic car wash system) … The inside wasn’t cleaned at all. Several car washes here. Refuse to pay so much ever again. Just close to my job. So thinking convince. Few times NEVER RECEIVED vacuum token. Dryer isn’t that great. Still came out soaked. It’s winter. If you have to do a quick wash . Never did the cheaper washes. Not very happy for $15 a wash…. I don’t forsee myself coming again to shiny car. I used to come here all the time because they used to do an immaculate job, but I had stopped for awhile because I was no longer impressed when I got back in my car. I thought I’d give them another chance after almost a year of not coming, and the WorksPlus car wash I received today was not impressive either. This is not something I expect to see when I pay that much for a full, inside and out car wash.
I discovered this place when I lived in the Valley but don’t live there anymore. They do such a good job that I still go here when I’m back in town. Their process is efficient and their works plus detail package is a great value. I’m always pleased when I get in to my newly cleaned car!
I had my truck detailed here and what an amazing job! Everything was coated in dog hair when I dropped it off and it looked showroom clean when I picked it up! Their drive through car wash is excellent with the detailers wiping everything down on the way out. My favorite car wash in the area!
Great locally owned car wash. Staff is always courteous & prices are reasonable. Car washes are always well done in & out. Have had a few details done here as well & always impressed. Owner/manager always takes the time to say hi which for me goes a long ways.
I used to love these guys. I even drive 30+ minutes to go there over some of their competitors. Until this last experience.
I haven’t been there in a while, so I decided to buy a 4-pack of their Royal Wash service. The first one was great. I decided to bring my other car in the next day. I drove 30+ minutes to get there only to be greeted by a “Car wash Closed” sign. So, I called and Rod answered. He told me the car wash is closed due to bad weather. It’s not even sprinkling out. It’s barely “misting”. I explained that I had just driven 30+ minutes and everywhere online still says they are “open” and nowhere on their site did it say they close whenever it’s even misting outside. He didn’t care one bit.
I would have been frustrated, but would have taken it a little easier if his attitude was better. He didn’t apologize, he had a “yep, we’re closed, deal with it” attitude. Then he hung up on me. I called back and told him I didn’t appreciate getting hung up on, and he continued with his attitude and kept repeating in a monotone/condescending voice, “how can I help you, sir?”.
I will be contacting the owners to get a refund on these prepaid washes. What good are they if you can’t use them? If they don’t refund me, I’ll have to submit a chargeback on my credit card. Unless they make things right with me, I will not be going back.
Rod single-handedly killed a once loyal customer.

Update: Melissa, one of the owners of Clear Water called me and made everything right. She apologized and was open to other feedback. She also offered to send me a gift card for the troubles. Although it shouldn’t have happened in the first place, they responded very professionally, and I will definitely be giving them another shot.
