The employee that cares about the customers is it for me. Very grateful for these kinds of Humans rather than huemans. We need more of those souls in every crevice of this s*i*y. But I had the best car wash experience I’ve ever had here. The staff was super polite and helpful.
They helped when the vacuum I pulled up to wasn’t working right; they immediately came out and fixed the issue.
Then, when I went through the car wash, they manually sprayed the car thoroughly before I went into the actual automated car wash. THEN, after the car wash is over, there was a guy who wiped the car down by hand.
I only got the basic wash, but my car is so clean!
I shall be returning.

A pad was previously damaged by a bike rack(admitted by manager). That pad got wedged between my trunk and bent my trunk. She denied it was possible. No one has returned a call or email. This will be an uphill battle for damage that I should not be responsible for. The previous week another customer was complaining about damage to their vehicle. In which the manager was refusing to admitt any responsibility. I moved in the area last year in February and have had pretty good experiences for the most part but some of the staff is very unprofessional and rude and besides they really don’t do a good job actually drying the vehicle. Also I want to give an heads up regarding the actual car wash rules a policy which I just found out about recently.
You are only required one car wash a day with the car wash monthly membership premiums.
You can only wash the vehicle you listed on app all other vehicles will be turned around regardless if you have the monthly membership premium or multiple vehicles.

The greatest car wash i have found. Affordable price. You can get a membership. And go through as many times as you want. Love the colors. It makes it pop. They will help you clean out or outside of your car if you ask. Great people.
Great new car wash!!! I switched my monthly membership to this place because it’s cheaper, offers more services, their hours are extended, vacuums consistently work well, love the car mat cleaner boards and the auto detailing air hose! Plus they just have more space in the lot for interior detailing!
