  So perfect a business wish like heck I’d thought of it and invested in it. Love the fact that locals can have a subscription, unlimited car washes for a small monthly fee. For we who travel through, it’s a worth it and very good carwash. Partially automated. I’d go again and again if I lived in North Platte.

  Could save money washing my own vehicles but this car wash makes it so easy and does get your vehicle clean.( not as good as when I do my own) I am thankful for them in the winter time especially. Love the free vacuum set up

  It’s been my experience that you spend $20 for the most expensive wash and the guys in front rush you through without washing the areas that the car wash would miss. This used to be the case when they were busy but now it’s any time. Busy or not when you are spending that kind of money on a car wash they could spend more than 20 seconds cleaning these areas!

  I’ll give this place a 5 star rating based on the simplicity and ease of use. The monthly unlimited programs offer extremely good value and the wash does a good job. You will most likely find some new scratches on your wheels if you elect for the tire shine option. But, the included use of vacuums and the speed of service here earns this place better rating than I should probably give out. This rating is not.about customer service or friendliness of staff, this is based solely on the service provided. I recommend it if you are in North Platte.

  Great customer service and wonderful mechanical service. We took my daughters car in for several issues, that all amounted to quick fixes. We then had them look at the a/c that hadn’t worked all summer because we were quoted by a local Chevy dealer that it was going to cost $1300 to fix. MTP charged the unit AND looked at several other issues all for under $100!!! I am a new faithful customer. With all of our vehicles. Thank you for your honest mechanics!!

  I received a notice on my car for an oil change on my way to Colorado and found myself here the day before Thanksgiving and they changed my oil in about 20 minutes! They topped off my fluids and aired up my tires in the process. I had a windshield wiper that wasn’t fully attached cause it hated me and they fixed it without my asking! Lo e these guys, I couldn’t get an appointment from home due to my schedule and this place took my vehicle in. These guys were great to work with, I highly recommend them!

  We had a flat tire last night and that impeded our cross country family road trip headed back home. My dad was attempting to get us back on the road as soon as possible and went to this store at 730 in the morning (30 min before they opened) and they were so kind to help him in our emergency. We were back on the road at 820 am! What service!

  Back in 2019 (I just found our invoice), we were blessed to have our tire repaired by these folks while traveling across country. They took us in when they opened and our tire was repaired within the hour. My only regret was that I didn’t write this sooner!

  The tire service is great. I used to always come here for consistent oil changes when Chris was service manager, however I brought a newer car in for an oil change recently and they left oil stained fingermarks on my sun visor. After calling about it the next day and receiving attitude by the new management, I brought the car in to get the grease cleaned up, which they still didn’t do. It will forever have stains on the visor due to their carelessness and inability to clean up their mess. As someone that has gone here for years, this is a huge bummer.

  Excellent customer service with a friendly welcome. If I could rate JC’s a 10…I would.
  I was traveling across country and when everyone else was closed or required an appointment, they were a welcomed port in the storm. As a retired veteran, I asked if they offered any discount. The gentleman answered “no” but he gave a discount anyway. I have a 6.7L Ford Super Duty, so it’s never cheap to do any maintenance or oil changes. I’m very grateful for small businesses that go the extra mile. A lot of “value added” to this transaction. If I’m ever through again and need another oil change, I will definitely stop in. Easy off and back on the interstate.

  They were very efficient and fast. They hand spray the whole car first, then it goes through the wash, and then they wipe it down by hand. Very nice job for a good price.
