  I am working as a driver. For many time I got gas from there. Today I stopped for Gasoline. I went inside to use the was room. The staff said it’s out of order from last 7 months. They themselves use subway or 7-ELEVEN washrooms. It’s hard too believe. I will never go there again. I advise others. Terrible

  Staff in this Tim Hortons that is located inside an esso gas station is very disrespectful, mean, and hash. When it comes to customer service, we as costumers expect positive attitude, polite and normal behavior. I believe they should be trained properly.

  Restroom closed. Reading other reviews it has been closed for several months. Was informed that it was the owners decision to close the restrooms here. Go elsewhere for gas.

  This gas station washroom facility is closed for more than two month every time when we try to go there they said it’s out of order it’s pure lie. We understand sometime homeless guys are make mess in the washroom but there’s only gas station in downtown we should complain to the city of Vancouver regarding this.

  0 star for the cashier RAO, he’s not focusing on his job,talkative. i tried to put $25.00 gas but When i refilling gas it’s overflowing bcoz there’s still gas left on my car. I returned to the store and asked him why he tender $50. The other guy worked there look at the transaction , Rao is reasoning out says Coz im wearing mask thats why he cant hear. But when I approached, him he realized that I asked $25. Just say sorry that’s it! Even you check your camera what happened.

  i went to the full serve since the other stations were occupied. nobody was there to serve. halfway thru pumping, i realized the price for the full and self serve are different. went to cashier to ask for refund of the price difference but they wouldn’t give me! said it was because they dont do refunds for gas.

  my reasoning –
  1. saw a lady in front of me self serve in the same station, no service for her too. she drove away probably not knowing about the price difference.
  2. no signs warning full serve kiosk is more expensive than self serve
  3. nobody offering full serve yet they charge full serve prices
  4. wont refund when i asked. said it was because they normally close that pump if no one is serving, but it just so happened i went after someone who got served and got the same price. (see #1, the lady before me)

  wonder how many other people got fooled as well??

  This is a tiny station. Service was ok. Station can get quite busy at times. Fuel prices are usually on par with other stations. Killarney market is near by so it is in a good place.

  Half the pumps are blocked off and the pay station at the remaining pumps is offline? Get it together, many people pull up and drive off because they have to go inside to pay.
