3 months agoI only go to these guys, mainly because of the Manager. I haven’t got his name yet, but he is always seriously engaged and knowledgeable about what you need. Usually has helpful tips and advice as well. Supervises the other associates to ensure they are getting the right part that you need.Hope this guy never leaves..a month agoExcellent staff at a fair price , at least answer your questions compared to any other parts store6 months agoI was traveling through on my way to Texas, it was Sunday afternoon . These guys not only warrantied my fuel pump they stayed after hours while I pulled the old one out for core charge. Ice and very helpful got me exactly what I needed and at reasonable price I’d go back just for his help he’s nice and very good with helping customers without attitude offered to even check my light for me to be sure it was the correct color thanks if injad my recipet on me right now I’d give his name3 months agoHad the part I needed after looking online traveled out of my way for the part. Guy at counter was nice and friendly and helpful.11 months agoI got off work at 6am in Urbana. My belt immediately broke on my car as soon as I Crunk it. On Google it says this store opens at 7am. I’m sitting in the parking lot as we speak. It’s 7:20 am. I see the lights on with the open sign on. The door is still locked. I called and he finally answered after the third time. I asked if they were open he says no very nonchalantly. I explain to him that I only needed to purchase a alternator belt. He then says well we don’t open til 7:30. Very rude and unprofessional. People have no heart these days. I will never go to o Reilly again!!!!!a year agoThey have a really nice women in there that know a lot about cars and can help you but here lately when we go in there we have not seen her2 years agoNone of the employees came forward to ring me up after standing in line for several minutes. Also none of them were wearing masks. Worst experience ever. Left after I put back the part I needed. Would rather wait a day to have the part ordered by Autozone, which was the total opposite of this place.

Not an easy store to get to depending on which side of HWY 22 your driving from, otherwise, it’s your typical auto store.
The gentlemen at the store are extremely knowledgeable! If it is a rare part, you still get it before the end of the day. They check codes for free and they have always explained the possibilities of repairs for said code. They do not make repairs onsite, but they referred me to Brakes 4 Less, which is one minute from their store. I trusted their referral and Brakes 4 Less did not let me down. The photo shows what I purchased at my last visit. Replaced the sensor myself and saved a ton of money!
Called another auto parts store. They said 5 days on the item I requested. Timing chain tensioner.. O’Reilly said they could have it delivered to my locL store today at 11:30! I will let you know how the do!
This is one of the only places that was open on a Sunday morning when I needed to determine if my battery needed replaced or not. The manager and her associate went above and beyond what they needed to do to help me determine and solve the problem. The prices are very reasonable as well. I am grateful to them for helping me resolve the issue.
Always friendly. Always helpful. Purchased a new battery today, and even though the manager had already technically clocked out, she still took the time to help me get the battery purchased, and she waited to make sure the other guy got it installed so he could be back in the store to help other customers before she left.
They’re short staffed and working tons of OT as managers. Still friendly and still made sure I was a satisfied customer.
