a month agoWorst car wash ever. Got the $8 wash and it did not clean my car AT ALL. Left scratches on my car. This is a $2 worth car wash. You shouldn’t have to pay for a more expensive wash just to get dirt off your car. Then one of the vacuums was not powerful and picked up nothing so I grabbed the one next to it. The one next to it was so dirty it left black residue on my leather seats. Attached are photos of my car after the wash along with the scratches I didn’t ask to take my car back through because I opted for no receipt when I should’ve.a month agoPaid for the car wash and it didn’t clean my vehicle and when I asked about it the employee told me I should have paid for the more expensive wash and there wasn’t anything they can do , how about recommending a specific wash when you pull up and they ask you what wash you want , which by the way was the same person told me it would have gotten clean if I paid more. What an absolute joke . I will never come back and will let everyone know that your place is a joke and rip off. And zero customer service !No thank you !
3 months agoHad to wash my sister car after a long road trip, I pulled in to white water on New Road and Andrew was there with a friendly welcome and ready to assist me. Andrew help me choose the best car wash option. Car wash came out good and there’s always plenty of vacuums to choose from. I went inside to find a car freshener and the staff offered me one with a smile ! Keep up the great work y’all !2 months agoOther than the attendants try to squeeze you in like right behind another vehicle the service is good and amenities are plenty. Speaking of the crowding I was put too close to another vehicle once and I hit the car in front of me. This has been a long time ago and my Nissan emblem was broken off which I never found because I didn’t notice it was missing as soon as it happened. Thankfully there was no damage to the other vehicle and the driver was understandable. Otherwise as stated I get good results.4 months agoMy favorite car wash to have a membership at! Tried couple others and none compare. Max Medrano is a great employee and very helpful. He explained all the memberships to me and helped me pick the best choice. Will definitely be keeping this membership as long as I can. Thanks to him!

3 weeks agoI travel for a living so I go through atleast 2 car washes a week. This by far is one of the worst I’ve been to. Lady at entrance was half asleep, Wasn’t directing me into the wash. Vehicle didn’t catch so had to guess what to do. Then she proceeds to yell at me for i guess not knowing her job. Purchased the top most expensive wash. Besides my wheels being shiny. Vehicle looked the exact same as when it went in. Will never go back and do not recommend.4 months agoWent here to get my car washed and had a trim piece broken off my car. I got all the way home before I realized so I tried to call them. I called multiple times and could not get any response. Once I was almost back I finally got an employee on the phone. I explained to her the color and the piece that had flown off. She put me on hold while going to check. She came back to the phone and stated that she had not found anything inside. I explained to her that I was almost there and that I was coming to file a report. I arrived 2-3 minutes later and went inside. Upon going inside I saw the trim piece sitting inside, and was told that she just didn’t know what I was talking about even though she claimed to have found nothing. So already from the beginning they were trying to hide it. Then after filing a report and being told I would be contacted within 48-72 hours it took 11 days to finally have somebody reach back out to me. They informed me that they would not be paying for the piece and that there was a sign at the tunnel entrance stating they don’t cover vehicles with >100,000 miles, older than a certain age, or if the blowers caused the damage. I explained to them that during the payment “the legally binding exchange” there were no disclaimers or agreements stating that they would not be responsible. You can’t accept payment for a service and then after that legal exchange has happened put disclaimers stating you are not responsible. I paid for a service not to have my vehicle broken. With all that being said I would advise everyone DO NOT GO HERE, the customer service is terrible and rude and they do not accept responsibility for their business malpractice. Not to mention they claimed the blowers did it but never showed the evidence. 0/5 experience!2 weeks agoThe wash does a pretty good job. I get the ceramic wash to help keep the dust off my truck. Since they have blower nozzles, cleaning rags, and vacuums available. I am able to make sure I don’t have any water spots on the exterior and a clean interior when I am finished.2 months agoThe wash left my truck dirty. I had to finish making it look good at home. I liked that they had the little towels. That was nice.a month agoJust kinda sad about the prices increasing. It was $3 when I first moved here in 2021, the price increased to $6 in 2022, and now it is at $8. All for the same service, a “basic” car wash. Never had any problems though and the people are friendly!

I’m not happy with this place. My car was not cleaned on the first go round. I told the service attendant I was not satisfied and he told me I could go through again. Well the second time still didn’t do a good job. My windshield was not clean and the trunk area of my car was still dirty. Go spend your money elsewhere because Whitewater Express is a ripoff. I was charged $ 11 and the service was bad.
No customer should have to go through the car wash multiple times to get their vehicle cleaned.

This is the first automatic car wash that has it really figured out Car wash is clean and I’ve never been here once and not have everything running smoothly. It’s especially nice the three day grace period. Or rain check on the premium two washes. I got some sap on my vehicle from front to rear, and they were kind enough to let me come back and get a re-wash very much appreciated I will be doing continue business with them long term.
