a week agoOn May 17, 2023 I drove to a Cincinnati location on Ridge after I had gotten off work. I was at your location picking up a battery I purchased, in the midst of that an employee helped me put the battery in. Long story short he came outside and proceeded to put my battery into my car, it didn’t work. I was sitting in the car while he worked and i saw sparks fly and i asked “what happened?” he sated it was the tool he was using had touched a part of the battery and it was fine. Then told me to star the car up, I attempted to start the car, nothing. Then I got out of the vehicle and walkaround to he front of the car and noticed he had put the battery in incorrectly, negative on positive and positive on the negative! He turned it around and put in correctly then asked me to start it again, nothing. He continued to try this for a few hours, meanwhile I am trying to hurry up and get to a graduation. I ended up having to leave my car overnight and coming back the next day in my other vehicle after work that day. The worker who damaged my vehicle was not there I spoke with other workers who put me in contact with the DM named Jason I believe. Jason led me to believe that they would take care of my issue and I was ok with that, I assumed their worker did it would be handled no problem. I got the car towed to the dealership and need to get a diagnostic done to see the issue. I called Jason to let him know he stated I need to pay for all repairs and they would reimburse me. No, I wasn’t doing that, repairs were almost 6k and quite frankly I didn’t have it to give. So i reached out above him to Chris Colyer the regional manager. This guy doesn’t return calls I tried a total of 6 times he never called me back. So at this point I am $350, tow truck and diagnostic cost fine. My whole motherboard electronic system is fried and OReilly’s managers aren’t doing anything to help me, this is a nightmare. Fast forward to now 8/30 my car is still at Nissan not fixed and now i have lawyers involved just bc they don’t want to fix an issue that their employee causes and I am out $700+ right now due to having to have a fuse link repaired just so they could run the diagnostic and getting my car towed from their lot because it’s been there too long.a month agoAfter a terrible experience at AutoZone across the street, which left me stranded, a worker from O’Reilly walked across and jumped my vehicle. He then changed my very rough battery and a few other parts for me to get me on my way again. All three employees from O’Reilly were so kind and understanding, I will be stopping there first moving forward.2 months agoHad some problems with my parts delivery but the manager worked to get me what was ordered.10 months agocame in looking for a part that autozone didnt have, as my car was having starting trouble. just my luck it died in their parking lot, and kenzie was more than gracious enough to do her very best to fix it. calling other mechanics to come look and try their hardest to get it running. no one in the store would give up on me. they all worked so much harder than they had to, going out of their way 1000%. even with no luck, they still gave me such great service in an area not required by them. cant thank the two employees in there enough. they care so much about their customers.10 months agoThis location Store wasn’t open when it clearly says open on website and the open sign on the window was flashing open but nobody was there to open the door or at the register. The website says 9:00am – 7:00pm and it’s 2:00pm never will I waste my gas and time coming to this location again

3 months agoIt’s OK like all other auto parts stores, trying to force synthetic oil into my old school 98 5.2 318 Magnum V8 Durango 306,500 miles later FORGETABOUTIT! Give me the conventional oil and STP4 months agoMr. Leroy is very helpful and friendly and great conversation2 years agoStaff was very helpful, I had a brake line bust and they allowed me to use their tool cart, but they also let me use a few wrenches off of the shelf without having to pay for them first and just return them once completed. This is not a common practice but it was definitely a huge help as I was a hour from home and didn’t need any of the tools as I already have what was needed there, so it kept me from having to buy the same tools I already owned2 years agoVery helpful, highly knowledgeable small crew that work at this location. A gentleman named Mike cashed me out and even came out to my car to make sure that I had the correct part for my make, model, and year vehicle. Most definitely will return to this specific location from now on when I need parts/tools for my vehicle! Thanks again for the excellent customer service O’reilly’s Auto Parts and more specifically a big thanks to Mike for going above and beyond helping me out!a year agoPaid for cabin air filter today @ approx. 10:30am. Not ready for pickup in an hour and still haven’t gotten a response on the item status @ 10:30pm. Poor customer service. Well the customer service is even worse today. Stopped by to pick up my filter and the lights were on but nobody was here. Yes, normal operating hours. I’m not shopping here in the future.

Zach was beyond extremely helpful, I love to see genuine customer service! He went out of his way to ensure my satisfaction. Give that guy a raise!
Had the part I needed for a 96 Chevy k1500 that the other 2 big auto stores didn’t have
Wonderful staff. N great at handling rough situations
The new manager Zack so nice guy very understandable man I like him wish you long life thanks
I was shocked and insulted by the lack of professionalism two of the three people working at this location demonstrated. The experience of willfully ignoring and or not being able to find an item that was ordered online was pathetic. The child waiting on me couldn’t even produce a receipt after the, I assume, manager found the item I ordered online. It seemed like the child waiting on me was more intent of expressing himself as more important than the customer at any cost. The second child was mummering some stupid lyrics of impromptu rap that was nothing less than mindless gibberish of violence and disconnected self-loathing. Both of these children need to be either re-trained in the art of customer service or FIRED.
