4 months agoCar was covered in bugs and dirt. Got the 16$ wash. When you enter, they spray your car down. And at the end they have employees to dry your car. Vacuums are free and work super well. The vacuum area is on the smaller side, but customers seemed to be pretty fast at moving through. This was on a weekday about 12pm.4 months agoStarting at $8 car washes. As soon as you drive out, two persons quickly dry off your car, they offer to vacuum your car, but I chose to vacuum it myself. I drove to the vacuum area. Bring your own towels if you want to dry detail – they do not provide towels. Vacuums work great.in the last weekHighly recommend. Staff is friendly, and the facility is well maintained. The facilities are well maintained and the staff is quick to help out if there are any issues with the equipment or questions. I definitely recommend this car wash place for anyone in the Chula Vista and surrounding areas.2 months agoBeen using these folks for 1+ years. Sadly, last time we went they decimated the front of the 2 year old vehicle with a pressure washer & wouldn’t fess up.

a week agoI use my debit card and bought 5 minutes of wash time and The meter was going by so fast you knew it wasn’t correct so I pressed the stuff button at $5 and this morning I woke up to a debit on MyBank for 15 that’s triple the amount so I’m disputing it the minutes don’t last they’re definitely not what they say they are I put $12 the last time and I couldn’t even I was in such a rash I didn’t even get the car done. Now THEY RESPOND IN DEFENSE OF THEIR THIEVERY. I STOPPED IT AT $5.00, THEY CHARGED$ 15. Ive disputed this with my banK already. AND YES, THEIR TIMERS RUN SUPER FAST. THERE IS NO WAY!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!3 weeks agoI am going to make this short and simple. Yesterday I went here to Use the vacuums, which claimed to charge two dollars for about six to seven minutes. But this morning upon checking my bank statements I was charged fifteen dollars. I tried to call, but I get a voicemail every time. An absolutely terrible experience and horrendous customer support. The non-existence staffing Is what really gets me. The selection doesnt matter, it always sprays the same solution with no foam. I paid 9 dollars to basically rinse the car.At least the water preassure is decent.
Edit: The car wash charged me $15 even tho the reader said $9usd.
5 months agoPerfect self service wash for my large truck. Charges $5 to start and it keeps going until maxxed at $15 which gave me enough time to spray her clean with just the power rinse. No inconvenient beeping timer to rush to add more $$. Will visit again when in SD.The only negative is the flooding water on the ground. Doesn’t seem to be draining properly.

Nothing express about this place. The line is exacerbated by the fact that there’s no attendant to collect payment; you pass through a self-service touch screen kiosk that is also slow, not very intuitive and pushes the monthly membership.
That said, a reasonable wash job for $7 with free vacuums at the end. I’d go back, but only on off hours.
Cheapest wash is $7. Does a ok job cleaning the car. You can also get a discount on gas if you purchase a car wash. They have a membership for $15 per month. They also have free vacuum cleaning on exit. The wash wasn’t perfect but it gets the dirt out.
Horrible, had the membership for 15 dollars a month and have only been able to use it 3 times this month because of faulty equipment.
Car wash is always breaking down, even while in the middle of the wash.
Wipes have left scratches on my car, staff isnt helpful when asking questions or voicing concerns.
Most vacuumes are broken so you’re stuck for 15 minutes after the car wash waiting to use it.
Christine was rude, and came off as she didn’t want to be there.

I DON’T Recommend this place AT ALL! Had to get out the sponge and towels to scrub and clean up the dirt and residue myself immediately after the so called carwash!
What was this?! You have soaked it with foam and water for me to clean it later?!
PLAN A CARWASH AFTER THIS CARWASH!
I was crashed into the truck ahead of me at the end of the wash. The driver ahead claimed the light was still red for him, but regardless this car wash should have someone managing the exit or have some sort of automatic shutoff for when a vehicle remains stopped within the exit.
It’s possible that it’s also the person at the entrances fault for maybe giving me the Go ahead too soon. It did seem a bit closer that what I’m used to at other places. Idk.
Regardless, heed my warning, and go somewhere else or risk damage to your vehicle.
