2 weeks agoWorse dealership I’ve ever financed from. BEWARE!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AT ALL!! They are scamming people out of their money to make a sale. They do not work with you at all no matter how long you’ve been doing good business with them. They tell you lies!!! Again please BEWARE and go invest your money elsewhere. And Jose Lopez is an angel! He was great! Very upfront and honest about everything!!! My credit score is like 590 and I have two reps on my name. He accepted $800 and got me into a very good and reliable car! I’m referring EVERYONE here!! Looove my experience even better than some dealerships I’ve been to! If you ever go, tell them Ms. Scott sent you so you can get a discount for being referred. Good customer service is very hard to find these days! And I found it!! I wish I had more words!! 🧡2 years agoBeen paying on my car 9 months and I’m late 7 days they repossessed my vehicle and refuse to take payment for fees. I’ve payed over 4,000 dollars in car payments just so they can refuse payment and repossessed my car. JENNIFER AT the front desk is unsympathetic. Wouldn’t give me written letter of payment refusal and sent me on a wild goose chase for the letter. Nobody will return my phone call or send me letter of payment refusal. The manager Rolando and Jennifer are shady, unprofessional and have no integrity or respect to even answer the phone. Don’t do business here!8 years agoRolando is amazing!! When dealing with challenged credit it is unusual to find the kind of honesty and fairness in a dealership and a Sales Manager that I found in Rolando and Big Shoe Auto Sales. I think it’s probably difficult even without the credit challenges I have!! Having said that I was so impressed with Rolando in every way! He treated me with complete respect and was upfront and honest with me. He also gave me the best deal I had found at any other dealership in regards to price of the vehicle, down payment, interest rate and term!! I know he is the real deal because I shopped and shopped and shopped trying to make sure that I got the best possible car at the best possible price. As a single mom, with a credit score that is just bad all the way around I was use to dealing with embarrassing and stressful experiences at every dealership I shopped at so many of them within a couple of weeks, so it was refreshing to have Rolando be such an enjoyable person to buy a car from!! I can’t say enough about how much I appreciate him. If you need a car, credit challenged or not CALL ROLANDO!! 🙂 🙂 I love my Corolla too!!

I first want to say after so many years of being turned down by car lots this place here gave me another chance. I had the pleasure of having David work with me to accommodate my needs. I told him what I had to put down and what price range I wanted my note. He gave me exactly what I asked for. It wasn’t if you want this you gotta pay this much. He actually worked with my budget. He was so nice and patient. I haven’t had a nice car in my name and over 4 years. I was put into a 2009 Lexus and all I needed was Check stubs, Utility bill, and ID or license.
