5 months agoI want to say that Luis was SUPER professional and displayed the damn near perfect customer service with me by phone. I was looking to see if my oil filter was available and he took the initiative to get one order and delivered to my Waldorf location without any issues! EXCELLENT SERVICE Luis! 👍🏽👍🏽 Thank again for not having an attitude and understanding how to deal with a customer!. It’s feel great to be able to call and speak to someone that’s friendly but to the point and know how to get things done!a week agoTheir service is amazing! Tested my battery for free! Associates were very helpful as well.2 weeks agoGreat place just pricey compared to the other storesa year agoTwice now in a week I have had to take my car here to get help with changing out a part. Turns out that the second time I realized I was actually sold the wrong color bulb but they easily exchanged it and helped me by changing it. Thanks so much. You made it look easy and helped me have a better day. Too bad that your employer doesn’t see that you should earn more as you were talking about and perhaps then you would have the right amount of employees there. In any case though I will be a repeat customer and will always recommend you2 years agoWe a great experience at O’ Reilly yesterday when our battery was dead and needed to be changed. We had Zachary help us out with choosing the battery for the type of car we had. He went out and beyond to get our car jump from the Sheets next door and be able to take it over to the parking at O’ Reilly. The gentleman that changed our battery which I did not get his name unfortunately was incredibly helpful as well. The customer service we received yesterday from these men was exceptional. Thank you once again, you were awesome!

I purchased a car battery in Wisconsin 12/2021. Last week, after returning from vacation, my car would not start, and my security system was not working properly. I ended up having a tow truck get me to the dealership, only to find out the battery was leaking.
Now, to get my refund,I had to drive 1½ hours away to the nearest O’Reilly’s. They were excellent, extremely friendly, and helpful. They were a pleasure to deal with. Amazing customer service!
Checked 3 different auto parts stores before I remembered, O’REILLY’S IS IN WALDORF NOW!! Went in and after some research, got the right spark plugs for a 2017 VW Jetta TSI 1.4l turbo. O’Reilly for the win!!

Went online and found the exact part I wanted. Got fluids to go with it. Got the pay online and pick up in store option. They send you a email or text when when its ready for pickup. I walked in gave them my name and it was already baged and ready. In and out in less than 2 minutes. The part was well made it fit and worked perfectly. Definitely easy and quick. I will do this next time I need something. The store was nice and well organized with friendly staff at Waldorf O’Reillys.
