  A local Ford dealer gave me their number because it showed they had an item in stock that the dealership did not. I called and got passed around to 3 different locations before they transferred me to the correct store. I asked if they could check to make sure the item was in stock. Sheila took my name and phone number down and that was the last i ever heard from her. 3.5 days later i call them and speak to someone else (after again getting transferred to numerous stores) The gentleman goes and puts his hands on the item and comes back to the phone to tell me so. I go get my credit card to pay for it and he tells me the part is a little less than double the price of even the Ford dealership and they WONT price match anything (Dealership list price was $122 and THEIR price was $185 not including shipping or tax either) Safe to say i took my business elsewhere. I found one for $5 over list on Amazon. Not much to say other than the customer service wasnt very good and their prices were at borderline gouging levels. Hopefully they treat other people better.

  Trisha B. was phenomenal with her customer service!!! I called asking about an issue with my converter thinking I may have to replace the entire part. Luckily, Trisha let me know of a better first option saving me hundreds of dollars. I would always choose to call this company first with my parts because they actually care about your issue first VS. selling you a random part just because. How you treat people go a heck of a lot further than cost EVERY TIME!

  They staff members here are always helpful. The only reason I do not give a 5-star rating is because every time I go in there, there seems to be an issue with checking out and their computer system. They always end up having to go to one or two other check out areas so they can find one that works right. The people there are great.

  Worst Experience Ever!!! Went to the Autozone store on S. SLAPPEY in Albany Georgia to purchase radio installation tools. As I was standing near the wall, where the tools were…I could not help but hear the manager scolding/correcting this employee about overtime and working when he should not have worked. The manager was talking so loud that others in the store were listening. I attempted to block it out. The conversation ended but was restarted between the manager and the employee behind the counter. The emoyee was so submissive. As I was about to leave, I asked another employee did they like working here…The employee stayed emphatically “NO” and added “I don’t like it here”. Upon arriving at the counter, I requested to speak to the manager in private. Once in private,, I quietly and discreetly informed him that he should never correct or scold his employees in front of customers.Oh my. This guy turned into a monster. He blew up by raising his voice. I ended the conversation and walked away. He yelled to the older employee in front of everybody, “Hey. Did I scold you or make you feel embarrassed?” The employee said “no Sir”. The manager looked at me and yelled, “You need to butt out of other people’s business.” I stated told him that since he choose to bring the entire store into our private conversation, so be it. I told him that if I was his employee I would quit the first day and I told him that one of his employees told me that “he does not like working at this store”. This manager does not respect his employees or his customers. How does AUTOZONE promote this type of guy to supervise others?I plan to also write a letter of complaint to the corporate offices. As I was leaving, I told the manager that he will never see my face again.He responded by saying, “Good, God bless you and have a nice day.”
