- Reviews:Oskar came all the way down to the big city from Buffalo to join Sophie at Jeff’s Frenchies of Chelsea meet-up. Such nice dog owners. Dogs seemed very friendly and well-socialized. Fresh water and doggy dirt bags available.Wish we lived closer. We’d be regulars!By Enzo Gabriel Cavalcanti Alves Da Cruz (2 months ago)The new park is great. One big issue though. The cleaning crew closes the park when they’re there, which really confused me and my dog. Also wasted our time when we could have went elsewhere had we known this was a “cleaning hour”. During the parks construction we would walk down to Leroy Dog Run and it was never closed for cleaning.By Corey Wayne Ogle (5 months ago)I’d recommend this park if you have an energetic dog! The park is interactive & friendly to all size & age of doggies. The vibe I get when Odin & I go is always amazing! One cool thing about it is that regulars come there & a community is sorta formed for dogs 🙂By Yougourthen Ayouni (2 years ago)I bring my two small dogs here all the time. the paved park has hills and rocks for climbing (and filing their nails), benches with some shade, water and pools for summer time splashing. There is usually a pretty good mix of dog sizes, but if your dog is overwhelmed by big dogs it’s not the park for him/her.By Corrie Davidson (6 years ago)Love going to Chelsea waterside dog park A true community staple. Saturday’s morning are Frenchie Saturdays – come play with tens of French bulldogs and play with these asthmatic pups 😂By Ori Miron (a year ago)

- Reviews:Park is decent but many of the people who come here have a stick where it doesn’t belong. DO NOT BRING YOUR DOG HERE IF YOU DONT WANT THEM TO PLAY. Some owners are so touchy and stupid. Sit at home and coddle your dog if you don’t want it to play with others! Grow up.By Ess S (a month ago)Great place. Two separate parks, one for small dogs only, other is all welcome. Could get a little hectic during peak hours. Some owners not paying attention to their pups bullying others or to clean up after them so minus 1 star. Unfortunately the gravel/sand combo of this park isn’t great for my black pup’s curly fur. Would have to bathe him each time we come.By Elissa H (2 years ago)Great dog run! Covered with bark dust and has water for the doggos. Nice benches and a view of the Hudson as well.By Matt Leiv (3 years ago)This a really nice dog park! Spacious and very accommodating. I’m gonna go as far as to say this is the best dog park in all of New York City. I’ve been to many and theres always an issue with maintenance or over crowding. Not at Riverside park. No issues, it was more than a pleasnat experience.By Shelley White (7 months ago)Love this dog run! And so does my little pup! Good size for both small and large dogs area. Owners – please have medium-small dogs that play rough in the large dogs’ run.By Gazit O. (6 years ago)

Jemmy’s Dog Run is a great little park to get the dogs out for a little bit of exercise and socializing. Dogs of a variety of sizes all played well together with all of the owners being very respectful and thoughtful
What used to be the best dog park in the city has turned into one of the worst. Shocking redesign of the large dog park. The small dog park is better but there wasn’t much room to do worse.
What is this monstrosity in the middle? It’s way too big and dangerous for dogs to play on. If anyone has ever been to bluff creek dog park in Playa Vista in LA. This is like a worse version of that. MUCH WORSE. The temporary dog park was still one of the best dog parks in the city.
Whoever designed this place should be removed from their position. It’s shameful that this took over a year and millions of dollars to create.
What does a dog park need? Dogs! Lots and lots of dogs to socialize with. If you are hoping to take your fur baby for a little social interaction Jemmys dog park will not disappoint. All year long this park is packed! Newly renovated with beautiful artificial grass and flowing fountains River. Jemmys dog run is beautiful. There is a separate space for big and small dogs, very thoughtful.
This review might be a bit odd, as I do not own a dog at the moment. I come here to watch the doggos run and play when feeling a bit down and this place is super uplifting!
Wonderful dog park. I appreciate how all the owners actually pay attention to their dogs here and the new park is clean and well maintained!
