- Reviews:A brilliant little park accented by a towering hill with great views of the bridge and surrounding area. Perfect for walking a dog as several doggy “business” stations can be found throughout.By Rob Marshall (10 months ago)Beautiful! This is a fabulous place to take a walk and enjoy the outdoors! It’s is always gorgeous and very rarely packed. I 100% recommend visiting this park whether you’re a tourist or a local!By Katelynn Pricer (3 months ago)Very nice park some of the placards in the area should be removed or replaced the park is rather large and in some sections they may be fineBy Mattman (a week ago)We love walking through this parkway. It is a Great walking park. But there is a negative @night, Homeless folk’s and Drunk folk’s hang out on the benches/table’s near the public bathrooms next to parking lot and those extremely expensive apartments. I was actually sitting in my vehicle eating because I didn’t want to sit at benches because 2 Drunk Homeless People were Arguing Really Loud and I watched the whole thing from the vehicle. That’s become the problem in these park’s in downtown Chattanooga. I use to visit Coolidge park alot, every wknd but it’s become unsafe at night. That’s unfortunate because it’s also a great walking family parkBy cheryl hodges (3 months ago)we love it. clean, well maintained with enough parking. great view and beautiful trail for skating. Great place to spend on a Sunday funday 😀By CW Hiram (a month ago)

- Reviews:Absolutely LOVED this dog park! Large fenced in areas for small breeds and large breeds. Very clean and had many dogs there to play with. Water fountains and buckets all over for the dogs. Benches for humans. Plus an awesome trail to walk with your fury friend that leads to a beautiful creek. My puppy doesn’t like to swim, but it would be a perfect swimming spot! Highly recommend this park!By Caitlin S. (a year ago)I really like this park. It’s well kept, and very spacious with lots of walking trails with nice views, and a nice dog park. They have been doing some construction for a while now and that area is looking really nice, but I’m hoping they will fix some of the road and parking area before they’re done. Some parking areas are paved, and some are gravel, and sometimes people park in the grass, but that’s really not a big deal. On our last visit, 2 vehicles had their windows busted out, so be aware! It’s a terrible shame how some folks wanna act…smh!By T. Gail Goins (a year ago)It is basically a fenced in patch of dirt. I have also run into several aggressive dogs at this park. People also don’t pick up after their dogs which I think is especially awful. If you aren’t willing to take responsibility for your dog then don’t get a dog! This is also true on the walking trails. The pictures are right next to the walking trail and I could have taken at least 5 more.By Greg Heidel (a year ago)This was a really cool spot. Easy trails with great views. The trails goes along a beautiful creek. It’s an easy walk up to the gorge.By Neil Thoney (a year ago)This is a great dog park! Nice wide open fenced in spot with water, and lots of trees for shade in the hotter months.By Dawni Rainer (6 months ago)

Great location and plenty of parking and space around to do things. Nice dog park area with plenty of agility obstacles and seating for dog owners. Split into small and large dog area. Nice play area for kids.
We went to the Heritage House for a baby shower. Park is right next to it. Great place for holding a party like this. Kids also enjoyed the playground at the park and is a nice place to take your dogs. There was a lot of people there, everywhere you look. Other parties going on outside (birthday parties). Plenty of places to sit like benches, etc…and awnings.
Beautiful park, playground, & dog park! Our family loves going here and doing something different each time we do. Highly recommend.
There is a ton of space for picnics, some tables and I think grills (but not entirely sure if they are provided or bring your own). As well as a great sized dog park, a nice play area for the kids, a beautiful walking track and some of the most gorgeous scenery I’ve ever seen to just take in, appreciate and enjoy.
The park just great. Dog park
could definitely use some upkeep. Pet owners are not being responsible and cleaning up after their dogs, even though there are plenty of poop bag stations and trash cans in the park.
Love this park! Always clean, never experienced anything ‘creepy’ people, pet owners control their pets and there is enough space to enjoy a picnic or a date if you wanted.
There is a public restroom and a family restroom. It is about as clean as can be expected but thankful for it!
