Both times I’ve been here the service has been amazing. The owner Abdul and all of his employees are kind and welcoming and are great at communicating exactly what services they offer. They also recommend whatever is best for your situation, depending on the cleanliness condition of your vehicle. It’s always nice not having to over pay for services that aren’t needed. My vehicle was a salty mess from my trip down the 401. Got the $17 exterior wash on my Yukon XL. They did a great job power washing it down before going through the wash, and did a thorough job drying it with microfiber towels after. The drive thru car wash is awesome if your car has ceramic coating, their equipment won’t leave any scratches. The employees are patient, kind and knowledgeable and they aren’t over priced ! - Reviews:Immensely dissapoint with servicing, machines are broken down to not accept any form of cash when I visited. One door to office which was a buzz for servicing with an unofficial form of paying for the service. This service was very poor. I’ve attached some final servicing quality photos for examples to reference, I was expecting a good wash and I come out with soap on my car. Micro scratched and some deep grooves and chips. I was ignored by the office door and phone for 20 minutes until I left the area to lead them to believe I’ve let it go, called 20 minutes later parked across the street, given the owners info and basically after contacting the owner, who can tell me how he can say the facts that it didn’t happen to a person who studies projection forces and centrifugal force patterns and then tells me to basically kick rocks, I’m wrong and take him to court if I want something done about it. I’m 19 years old. I have a daughter And this vehicle is less than 2 weeks into my $22,890 finance plan. I will NEVER return OR Reference this to another car meet, car friend or regular person again. I explained to the gentleman that I have special circumstances that I need an appointment. It was all good, I told him it was okay and I would go elsewhere. All of a sudden, he made an appointment and told me the customer is always right! (Which I don’t always agree with BTW). I was grateful. I got there 3 minutes early. I pulled into a wrong place, and an employee started screaming at me to move. I tried to explain that I had a special appointment. He would have none of it. He told me I would have to wait. There was 2 cars ahead of me. I told him, I would just leave. All of a sudden, he told someone else to move(not good customer service either). In the end, they did a very shoddy job. I got a deluxe cleaning.(in and out) Parts of the car were not touched, and I found scratches in the paint. This car is my 91 yr old Mother’s and was not that dirty. They were probably mad at me. Extremely disappointing! I have been going to this establishment for well over four years and until my last visit yesterday I have never had a bad experience the staff were always so polite and respectful and really aim to please! However since they have change owners in just the last few months the morale is completely nonexistent. I dropped off my car at 8:30 AM yesterday morning to have it completely fully detailed inside and out shampoo seats and everything, I waited until half an hour before closing time to call to find out the status of my vehicle (Which is at 4:30pm) They told me they were just doing a few finishing touches and I could come and pick it up now, When I got there at 4:45 I saw four gentlemen scrambling to vacuum and clean my dashboard, As I’m talking to the gentleman that identifies himself as the manager to find out how much longer he needs he said they were basically done, I said OK I’m gonna go inside and pay and I’ll be right back and at that moment I noticed my rear wiper wasn’t on the vehicle, I ask where is my wiper and what happened, The gentleman respond by saying “I don’t know it must’ve came off when it’s was going through the wash” I said to him “what do you mean it just came off it’s completely broken!” He then respond by saying “I don’t know what to tell you man these things happen” Then he went inside to get (crazy glue) to glue my wiper back on I asked him “what are you doing how long do you think that’s going to hold for” He responded to that by telling me he didn’t even have to tell me it was broken and he could’ve just simply glue it back on before i come and send me on my way, he then told me “I was lucky he’s an honest guy”!
In the four years I’ve been going to this place I have never dealt with someone that was so rude and disrespectful, Not only they damage my car, My seats and mats are unreasonable wet which has caused a really really bad odour now inside the Vehicle from sitting overnight, They are these weird fingerprints stains all over my visor and roof of my car that I don’t remember being there before bringing it in but I cannot be certain but even if it was that also something that should have been cleaned. Complete disappointment! And after all that they want to change you $250 plus tax. insane!
I have been there first time , I’m 💯 % satisfied. All staff members were friendly and respectful,hardworking . I strongly recommend everyone to go there and enjoy the service of car wash and mini detailing.
I used to love this place. Convenient, Organized, affordable and professional. Now, it’s just a rip off. Probably the last time I’ll be here. Long wait times. Not only for me but everybody. Bad service and poor quality. Already been here for an hour and my car’s still not done. An old lady has been here before me and she just needed a basic wash. The guy who came after me just got done and is about to leave.
Spee-Dee Auto Wash service is outstanding. Friendly and informative staff. My vehicle looked awesome after the service.

I have never seen anyone so focused on their work. They have taken their time with my Escape which I loved. The result was magnificent. I would really recommend going here and the prices are very affordable.
