- Reviews:The self wash that is manual is a great place to wash your car, however the self wash automatic is a waste of money. I tried the most expensive which was $17~18$. My car came out all dirty. Ineffective wash process… Obviously those machine aren’t to be trusted as every car is different size. However I have used other automatic car wash before… but this was a total waste of money. Also the timer seems a bit quicker than conventional clock. Best place by far money wise and best cleaning job. Professional services hand wiping great interior cleaning. I’m a VIP there with a monthly fee just over 50$ I can take my car every Day. If you take your car to another car wash you can only get 4 washes cost almost 80$ now. Go see for yourself try it. You’ll never go back to the other carwashes. Historically, did a pretty good job at a quick inside and outside wash. Last time I came they weren’t offering that service, and today they are but I’ve waited over 40 min so far since paying and they haven’t even started on my car. At the rate they seem to be going I will spend at least another 30 min here. Not acceptable.
I took my car through for an extra good wash and wipe down and it was well worth the 40 bucks. The truck looked like it just rolled off the assembly line after they were finished. Very polite and helpful staff.
If you’re considering using Tops for a Spring Detail, would advise a re-think. They will not book appointments for a more than $300 service, and require you to show-up 45 minutes before they open and line up.
Have spent a significant amount of time waiting on two different mornings now on days apparently they offer detailing, only to be told they actually don’t have the staff to do it.
All the staff were polite and apologetic. But an incredibly frustrating way to try and pay for a service.
I recently went to this car wash and I have to say, it was a complete disaster. From the moment I pulled in, I could tell that things were not going to go well. The employees seemed disorganized and uninterested in helping me. I had to wait for what felt like an eternity before anyone even acknowledged that I was there.
When they finally got around to washing my car, things only got worse. The equipment was old and worn out, and it seemed like the employees didn’t know how to use it properly. They missed spots all over my car and didn’t even bother to clean the wheels or tires. It was clear that they just didn’t care about doing a good job.
To make matters worse, when I got my car back, I noticed that they had scratched the paint in several places. I brought this to the attention of the manager, but they were completely unhelpful and refused to take any responsibility for the damage.
Overall, I would not recommend this car wash to anyone. The employees were unprofessional, the equipment was outdated, and they caused damage to my car. Save yourself the time and money and find another car wash that actually cares about doing a good job.
