Once I spoke to the lady, I asked about the cost of the washes and I was instantly pushed to get memberships. I said I’m not interested in a membership, I just want to inquire about a simple wash and the cost. The lady proceeded to push membership. I ended up leaving, but not before she sees my wife in the car and states that she would go with a membership because its more cost affective. I was so disgusted with the customer service, I just hoped in the car and left. They OFTEN close shop whenever they want during their posted business hours with no notice or anythig even posted on their website. They are supposed to be open until 8pm however frequently you show up for a wash at 7pm or even 6:45 and with no notice or special reason like (Christmas/new year…) they are just all gone, lights are out and carwash is shut down. This would be less frustrating if they didnt charge you for the monthly fee but they do! You are entitled to one wash a day but how can you get it when they often close outside of THEIR OWN POSTED OPERATIONAL HOURS? Today they closed early for NYE which is of course understandable. They posted that they will close at 3:00pm but we got there at 2:45 and it’s a ghost town. 4 other cars also rolled in (so not just one customer error) and all had to leave disappointed. Reading previous reviews it seems like management has zero respect for the undue frustration they always cause their customers. This place would be great under a respectful and responsible management but as it stands its like gambling whenever you wanna go because you never know if they’re open or not and whteher you can get the carwash YOU ALREADY PAID FOR. Again staff are generally very nice and understanding but what can they do when management tells them to close up shop and ignore their responsibilities to the customer?By mark morab (4 months ago)

It’s a two step process.
You pay for the type of car wash you want. I wanted both interior and exterior to be cleaned. First they get your car cleaned from the outside which is fully automated.
Once completed you go to the lane where you specifically get the interior cleaned. Here is where you get out.
Young team members did an amazing job taking care of every small detail.
I would definitely come back !
Amazing!!! It’s like an amusement park for cars. The people are so friendly and helpful. They have this whole team of people that scurry around cleaning your car as it goes down the assembly line on a moving belt! While you are sitting in a beautiful waiting area with a snack bar and couches. I’m in absolute awe. And the price is fantastic. Wow!
Always a great experience washing my car here. Organized system, professional personnel. Modern wash system, options for coin wash, and machine wash, in and out. Car always turns out waxed, and squeaky clean from the top to the tires.
Excellent customer service, the two ladies at the front desk are extremely polite not to mention all the staff spread across the place are very kind and helpful! This was extremely quick and efficient, my new favourite go to place to clean my car both inside and out. They do a phenomenal job and the price is justified for the quality of service they provide! I certainly will be back in the future!
Let me start with the good.
The place looks very nice and there’s alot of people working there and they all seem professional. I had no complaints concerning exterior wash. It was good and car came out sparkling. However i was very disappointed in what i got as a final product after i was told its done.
I got out of the place and noted my interior was not done atall. Only thing they did was clean the mats and maybe vacuumed the floor cause i could still see so many spots on my dash, doors, ceiling, steering wheel and on my cluster. (I am attaching some pictures as proof)
I was in a hurry to get to work so i had to leave.
I would really appreciate it if someone can reach out to me and offer to redo my interior.
