I got the interior and exterior “washed”. My floor mats were still full of mud, stick shift dirty, and my personal fav – my windshield was only half cleaned (only the passenger side). I have visited this location many times and have always been a little disappointed but this is really bad. At least 80% of the vehicle wasn’t wiped down, they missed cleaning some of the windows and even left dirty finger prints on one of them, I can wipe my finger along the dashboard and get a full ball of dust, the list goes on… I’ve never had my vehicle left this dirty after visiting here. Staff yawned and looked bored for the entire time I was there. They went through the motions but it was clear none of them actually wanted to be there. Their attention to detail is atrocious, their actions were tired and slow and I was hurried into my vehicle and almost drove away before realizing one of my mats was missing. When I pointed it out, the staff member just laughed and said they’re tired and need to go home. They did a great job in less time than I expectd and I’m extremely pleased with how my car turned out. Actually, they did more than a fantastic job. I don’t think it’s been this clean since I bought it!
Over priced I wouldn’t recommend them for interior detailing, they missed a lot of places like cup holders and change/ash trays. Everything is spotty, very unsatisfactory for the amount paid, which was $250!!!!!! Might as well as go to dry n shine for a quarter of the price and they would have done the same thing. Very disappointed!
Got my car washed for the 1st time. They did an amazing job. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The owner of business was very friendly. The waiting area comfortable and I got to watch the World Cup 2022 game while I waited for my full clean and detail job to be complete. It was well worth the money. Thank you to the staff for a great experience.
