I brought my car in for something that would be an expensive fix. They had done the job before for another customer and knew it was tough, especially finding the part. Dolan’s said they would do the fix if I found the part but it wasn’t really their specialty and last time had been a much bigger process than they were able to handle (They are a smaller, family owned shop so understandable). They recommended another shop in town who does the type of work I needed more regularly and might have a better chance at getting parts quick. The shop they recommended was excellent and fair and I’m really appreciative for Dolan’s pointing me their way. For other repairs I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my vehicles back to Dolan’s because of both the positive reviews on their workmanship and the attitude I experienced in the shop. While I was waiting in the office I overheard their service writer on the phone with a customer whose car didn’t pass inspection. It was evident the customer didn’t want to spend a lot of money and the service writer was very helpful in suggesting cheap parts sourcing and repairs the customer could do at home to reduce costs. I don’t normally leave reviews, but I had to for Priority Auto. After my experience there, I highly recommend this business for anyone looking for a mechanic! My car had to have it’s power steering rack replaced and they fit me in for an appointment very quickly. When I had to reschedule because of a work conflict, they were very understanding. I’m so happy that I happened to stumble across Brian’s Auto. I began using them last year simply due to their location, and it’s has been the absolute best. Brian takes the time to actually explain things properly, but what I truly value him for is his honesty. He will tell things to you straight, and I have never left wondering if I’m being overcharged, or didn’t need something done. I have the utmost trust for him and his team. They get things done in a timely manner, and are also honest with scheduling.
Brian and Jenn were both helpful and reassuring. I went to the Volkswagen dealership for an inspection and they quoted me $5k for repairs. Frustrated I called Jenn and she reassured me and got me scheduled. They were busy so I was scheduled a couple weeks out, but it was worth the wait.
Brian and Jenn helped me understand which repairs to prioritize and they gave me an idea of what I might expect down the line. They performed the repairs I decided to have done at fractions of the cost VW wanted.
Brian’s Auto saved me thousands.
There was another time Brian’s team made a mistake on my car. They apologized and made it right when I brought it back.

If there were more than 5 stars available I would give them. Brian is the most trusted mechanic I have ever worked with and at the time I needed his services, I didn’t even know him. My daughter’s car broke down on the way home for Thanksgiving. I knew of no mechanics in her area. I was lucky enough to contact Brian. He went out of his way to squeeze her in that day and get her home on time. I was a stranger to him and he talked to me like we were friends from back in the day. He even called that night to make sure my daughter made it home safely. What an amazing guy!!
I’m totally impressed with Brian. I was literally stranded in VT after I dropped my daughter at school. So I emailed his business. He got back to me after hours and said he’d try and fit me in the next day, which he did. The car was ready in the afternoon and at a fair price I might add. I’m so happy I chose to bring my car there. Good service, fair, and honest!!
