NEVER go here. Extremely disrespectful of peoples time and disorganized. I called to see if they had my mirror in stock. They said they did and made me an appointment for 2pm. Then I waited for TWO HOURS while they said they were fixing my mirror, just for them to come out and tell me they don’t have the mirror in stock. Now it’s 4pm and chances of me finding anywhere else to replace my mirror today are slim to none. Oh but they did do a repair on my car that I didn’t even want done which was their excuse for taking 2 hours to tell me they didn’t have my mirror in stock. UPDATE: Don’t get your car repaired here!!!! They used to be great years ago but now they are horrible. They force you to sign a document when you drop off your car promising that you will pay a $159 fee if the repair isn’t under warranty. Spoiler alert: it won’t be. We brought it in for one thing (we have a code reader we knew what was wrong with the vehicle) They told us that was just fine but the car needed an $800+ repair for something else not under warranty. Then demanded $159 or they wouldn’t release the car. When my wife questioned them, they literally stood over her to intimidate her to submit her credit card and sign off on the estimate. We took the car elsewhere and verified that what we thought was wrong actually was and had it repaired. Take the extra time – drive to Fred Beans in Doylestown. I’m on my 3rd car from Peruzzi Nissan ( finally found the vehicle I loved lol) my current car is the only time I have used the services they provided. On Monday, my car just stopped accelerating, I waited forever to have it towed to peruzzi ( no fault on them) when it got there I received a call letting me know my service advisor would be in touch and during my service I could reach him with a simple text message. BEST feature ever! Especially since I can’t always pick up the phone and talk. Julio was absolutely wonderful. He answered every text I sent, provided me honest thoughtful responses. Didn’t over Promise what he could get done and when, instead kept me informed about the progress. He was so laid back and fun that he even joked with me about my French fry smelling car that i had rented from another company, while my rouge was on the shop. I had an appointment for an inspection, new tires, and breaks that Saturday, and Julio made it happen where they just did it all at once, where earlier in the week i was told by another individual they couldn’t/ wouldn’t do it because I had to drive the car to reset it. But Julio really took care of it all and made sure it was all done before I picked it up. I felt he offered such a pleasant experience. I hands down trust his opinions advice and confident he’s really trying to make the best customer experience. Julio… to you and the techs who got me out of the French fry smelling rental THANK YOU!!
Trevor from service was great. Took my 2020 Sentra in for a recall and he was quick and efficient. Recommend other maintenance the car needs…and will keep them in mind.

I went in for inspections and new tires and a wheel alignment expecting for everything to be good when I left but they didn’t even fix my alignment they made it worst ! I called to complain and the service manager was one of the most ignorant people I have ever spoke to and told me I had no reason to be mad and he didn’t twist my arm to miss a day of work to have my car serviced (I was expecting to be there for an hr or two not 4 and half hrs) also stated 4 hrs isn’t a full work day. Then told me things like this wouldn’t upset him???? That is half of my day. He was so rude I said I was coming to get my money back and go else where to have my alignment fixed he refused and said they would fix it and then agreed on giving me four free oil changes and then turned around the next day and offered me one and I ended up spending a total of around 6 hrs total between two days at the service center they also skipped over a recall on my car the first day thankfully the man who handled my services the second day fixed what needed to be fixed maybe he should be the service manager because they need a new service manager because clearly he doesn’t hold his employees to an expectation of fixing cars properly and doesn’t care if the job is actually correct as long as they get paid! save your self the headache and go somewhere else!!!!!!!
