Our family had a great experience with Bob Howard Nissan. They went above and beyond to help our son get into a vehicle for his 18th birthday!! It took them 4.5 hours to change 2 tires and do an oil change. When I asked what took so long, nobody could give me an answer. So they either had a new guy working on my vehicle, or people weren’t doing their job. Either way, I wouldn’t wish this upon my worst enemy. So many people in there trying to “customer service” you when you need honest answers
Kevin truly went above and beyond to help our family find the perfect truck that fits the needs of our family! He has excellent communication and responded back quickly and was very kind. He was patient with my zillion questions and not once made me or my husband feel pressured into buying. Even after we bought the truck he still took the time to call us to see if we were still happy with our purchase and even took the time to call my husband on Veterans Day just to tell him happy Veterans Day and happy birthday too! Bought my car from Bob Howard Nissan 3 years ago and have taken it to the service center for all maintenance and repair. Was happy with the service and work done until my past two visits. Their technician who has worked on my car needs to go get some training before servicing anymore cars. They have wasted my time and money and have lost my trust to go back.
***Update: I appreciate the follow up and customer care I have received since my last visit. Angela has been so great with reaching out and making sure my car gets the appropriate diagnosis and it gets fixed quickly and efficiently this time.
I go there because I get coupons for discounts. But even though I always schedule the services, they regularly take 2-3 hours to complete a simple oil change. When I had to do another simple service, my car was in the shop the entire day for something that would take 15min max to be done.
