Brought in my 2012 Audi A7 for preventive repairs. Called 4 times ahead of arrival stating the repairs I needed and the parts I would bring (control arms replacement, front and rear strut replacement). We agreed on a shop charge of 5 1/2 to 6 hrs which I immediately paid upon arrival ($550). The next day they called asking for $950 saying it was because my car was a Prestige and had a sport suspension. Called my dealership who confirmed that was false. When I called and explained I was told they are already working on my car. When I asked to provide an explanation on the charge they provided me one stating their charges. We agreed on them not repairing my rear struts and completing the rest for $750. They only changed my lower control arms not upper like the charge stated and charged me for an alignment and only rotated my tires and never aligned my tires. When I brought it to a alignment shop they showed the car was never aligned and my CV axle is now leaking which I had to replace. If you care about your car go someplace else. If you need a simple repair like brake job or tire change I’m sure they are fine.By roderick phillips (2 months ago)I brought a 93 Accord in for an oil leak and a/c leak repair. They didn’t complain about having to many cars to work on, they just got the job DONE! LOOK AT THE DIFFERENT IN COST, PPL. $665 , compared to DAVE’S CAR CARE $1220¿¿ Ppl save yourself some monies and get your own parts. 4 engine mounts & one transmission mount cost me $91, total on Amazon/eBay. This place has NO ISSUES with ppl bringing their own parts. These repairs shops purchase same parts and charge us 4x it’s worth. They call it profit, but we know it’s really A Steal.They tell us that they guarantee warranty, but they are purchasing the same parts.GO TO SON REPAIR SHOP ON W. Nice facility and service but long wait. The service is great. I gave the key to the Sandra and she took care of me. She told me it was going to be about 40 minutes to an hour, and it came to about $50 for filter change, oil change, and tire rotation. The wait was long but Sandra’s estimate was pretty good – my car was done after 50 minutes. The facility is clean and has coffee while you wait. This is my go to place for my Nissan Altima!

First time visiting this location. Had an unexpected emergency and needed to bring my vehicle into their Service Department. Spoke with De’Aun, and was able to get it fixed. She is awesome, great customer service, friendly & professional.
My recent experience with financial management was extremely unpleasant. I was treated unfairly when asked about my unused Gap Insurance rebate and unprofessionally rude when the call was unknowingly ended due to them hanging up on me. I was left confused and uninformed. The general store management wasn’t helping either. I have yet to receive my remaining Gap Insurance check and I have not heard from them.
Colton Lyon was amazing. In less than 1 hour he called me and told me what was wrong with my car and what I had to do to get the work started. When I got it back it ran so much better than before!! Thank you Colton!!!
