I was very impressed with this shop. I always get nervous taking my car in when I’m unsure what is going on as it can be easy for a shop to upsell things that are not needed. I was experiencing some sounds while driving and was unsure what was going on. They diagnosed the issue and gave me the best advice. They could have told me I needed new tires but told me an alignment would cause the root of the problem and that my tires were still good. They got me in the next day and was finished before the end of the day! They called me to let me know what they determined and what the cost was going to be before starting any work. Everyone was out 2 weeks just to look at the car. Off-campus Auto was able to look at the car right away. I told them I have auto repair coverage. They were straight up with me saying will work with the repair company. They stressed the fact that somethings may or may not be covered under my plan. They did a full diagnosis of my car. They gave me a call and told me what would be covered and what needed to be repaired. I was given the worst case scenario and was given a lead time of a month based on the part that was needed inorder for them to complete the rest of needed repair. I was given a loaner car to use during that time.
Well, One week later I was called saying the car is done. I had minimum out of pocket cost. So the part they were waiting for came in early and it solved the whole issue with the transmission.

This was my first trip to Beckley’s, and I was happy with the service work performed. Great company to work with. I have brought 2 of my cars here and they do a great job. The last issue I had was a serious vibration at highway speeds. I thought for sure it was a control arm, or something seriously broken in the suspension but it turns out it was mud and gravel dust caked on the inside of the wheel. I was expecting to pay an arm and a leg to get it going again but I really appreciate their honesty because they could have easily lied and said it was something serious. Thanks Beckley!
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and the open and honest dialogue from Beckley Automotive. It’s difficult to find shops, other than dealers, willing to work on foreign cars, but they seem to have the knowledge, equipment and employees comfortable doing most any repair. Prices were very fair and the work was done quickly. The customer service and communication from start to finish was outstanding and that’s what will be making me a repeat customer for both our vehicles, for general maintenance and major repairs. I’d definitely recommend the business to anyone looking for a good value who also appreciates great customer service!
I have always had a great experience at Beckley. I have been taking my car there for services since 2016. Great location if you live or work downtown. I recently needed a lot of repairs to my car. They texted me a list of items and images explaining each issue, how severe it was and the cost. It was nice to be able to send the link to my dad to review / approve each repair rather than having to make a decision on the spot or over the phone.
I called to see if I could bring my car in to have a fog light replaced. They said I could bring my car in at my earliest convenience. I took my car directly there and they had the new fog light installed within about 20 minutes or so. The staff was courteous and helpful. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. I plan on being a repeat customer.
