They were very courteous they were willing to take my car at a moments notice even though I canceled appointments and Rescheduled my appointments. Their prices were fair and their punctuality for getting even the most tedious job completed was amazing! My appointment with Jim Burke service department went very well as usual. They provided quick and efficient service, as well as everyone being very polite and friendly. Greg was also very helpful in keeping me updated and informed on the care of my car. Appreciate the service department staff.
Last week my truck got a message on the dash that said “Service AT.” Talked the my service advisor and then called Nissan to have it towed in as I did not think I could make it to the dealership. Once at the dealership they diagnosed the issue quickly and placed an order for the part. The next morning, Nissan back ordered the part. Jim Burke Nissan informed me and offered a free rental in the meantime. They worked with me for every option they could think of and advised me to call Nissan Consumer Affairs to start a case. I started the case, which is an easy process along with getting a tow, but all they could do was escalate the issue which I did not think anything would really be done and I would just be out of my truck for a good bit. That was on 3/22/23. I never received any good updates from Nissan Consumer Affairs and still have not to this day but this morning, 3/3/2023 Jim Burke informed me at 7:15am that the part needed was in and by 8:30am they had the part installed and my truck was ready for pick up. I have had a great experience the last 15 months with Jim Burke Nissan. They always go above and beyond to ensure that I am satisfied. In my 26 years of driving and purchasing vehicles I have never received this high level of customer service from any dealer. I truly appreciate what they do and how they do it!
My experience here has been AWFUL. Chase was my advisor and he never informed me when my car was ready or the condition of my car. He also had me wait today for 2 hours (had an appt and it was not busy at the time I arrived) for an oil change and tire rotation. Every time I go for the same 2 things ( oil change and tire rotation) it’s the same exact things with him. Anyway there was only 1 truck ahead of me (we arrived at the same time) and he was out an hr before I even left. I had to continue to get up and keep checking for my car because Chase never would keep me informed. He would just continue to help others as if I wasn’t even there! HORRIBLE customer service! However sweet Hannah was there to deescalate the situation and turn this mess around. Thank you Hannah for your responsiveness, you attention to the matter and being so courteous and polite. Go see Hannah if you must go here! Chase will make sure your time is highly wasted!!!!!!!!!!!
Really enjoyed my trip this morning to Jim Burke! The staff really takes care of their customers with setting up appts to walking you every step of the way through maintenance to intentionally speaking to me in a way that makes me not feel like a number.
