Canceling my membership, they no longer detail. I had to go through twice and ask two different men to help me get something off my windshield. They were lazy and never kept their word to help me and bring me a rag out so I can get this stain off my windshield. I’m highly dissatisfied in their service and lack of help! No more prewash rinse and hand scrub. No more hand towel dying after exiting the tunnel. This place had great service and now is wallowing around in car wash mediocrity. I feel particularly bad for their workers who they have robbed of the opportunity for tip money. I do want to give a bit of a warning here because the star rating I was giving it might be a little misleading, but overall they do a pretty good job and the only problem I’ve really seen that I’ve experienced is that when I took my car in which is a Cadillac and has power mirrors I was pushing the button to retract the mirrors and one of the young men grab the mirror and shoved it in and while doing so I heard the gears in it break. Of course I went around to the vacuum and I went to speak to somebody about it they had me fill out a report I was sitting 3 feet away from the mirror inside the driver seat and yet they said they didn’t break it to have the mirror repaired it is $500. Disappointed that they didn’t take responsibility, I mean if It was loud enough I could hear the gears cracking and breaking inside the car with the windows rolled up I would think the young man with his hands on the mirror would obviously know that he did it, the look on his face told me he did. But of course the owner claims that they must’ve been broken before and no one seem to know anything even when they review the cameras of course you’re not going to see it breaking the gears are inside. Soon after they begin Gesturing shoe every single person if they needed their mirrors folded in and if they’re antenna should go up or down go through the wash.
All clean and wash the car very well. And you can vacuum and clean out the inside of your car on site. As well. Cool service ☺️ cool place
No service was done on our company vehicle not even a pressure wash. Service was denied upon arrival January 19, 2023 at 4pm. Gentlemen with curly hair claimed this was too much mud and so I am considering canceling my membership
Automatic car wash gets most of the dirt off. Leaves some crud on windshield and any area that is directly impacted by bugs. My biggest dislike is that the car wash brush rolls & harsh corrosive detergents start to cause ugly marks and extra wear on black car trim and any plastic (especially lights covers) on sides of vehicle. I won’t be using this type of car wash again when I get a new vehicle. It’s ok for the rare occasional wash when you’re in a hurry. But I made a big mistake by not researching how this type of car wash would damage the exterior of my truck. New vehicle exterior looked pretty bad in less in than 3 years. (Not wear & tear dents or chips. The rough brush rolls create horizontal streaking scraped marks over time.) Abrasiveness “fog” clear plastic & “bleach” black trim & makes paint look dingy overall. Interior of my vehicle is still pristine. The paint & trim look terrible because of going through these car washes 3 to 5 times a month. A good hand wax & trim plastic polish now covers most of the damage for a while but it shows again within a just a few weeks.
