This is my 4th time using Reliable. They always go above and beyond to make their customers satisfied. Brandon took a lot of extra time to make sure my classic corvette came out right. This corvette was in a barn for 12 years and actually had mold all over the interior and paint.

I reached out to Kevin’s Detailing Service due to my wife’s car being destroyed over time by our lovely 3 year old. The combination of juice, yogurt and apple sauce stains in combination of crumbs from crackers and chips made it look like a tornado had ransacked our vehicle. Not only did Kevin reach out instantly, but was able to help me figure out the exact combination needed to get the vehicle back to its original glory. I had an appointment scheduled for 2:30pm and Kevin showed up at 2pm with a smile and very warm outgoing personality, mind you it was 39° outside! Kevin spent over 4 hours working on our vehicle and after looking over it, I was amazed at the transformation he was able to create. We bought this car used back in 2017 and it literally looked as if it was brand new off the car lot. Although we only asked for the interior to be shampooed and cleaned, Kevin went the extra mile and washed the outside as well which could be considered a $75 value. I have nothing but amazing things to say about Kevin and the dedication to his trade, nothing short of professionalism, timeliness and positive attitude. With so many detailing services on the market in the Hampton Roads area it is easy to get flustered with which one will give you the most bang for your buck. DO NOT LOOK PAST KEVINS DETAILING SERVICE TO MEET YOUR NEEDS!!! The full shampoo and cleaning service cost just under $200, to some this may seem like a large investment, but when you see the quality of work completed you understand where the money goes to.Additionally, if you are wondering about his attention to detail, this man even detailed the car key! They didn’t clean very well. Wasted $22 and a change. I had to say something with my dashboard to be cleaned. Didn’t throw the trash on the floor. Didn’t vacuum the back of the car. There are still finger marks on the door handles. First and last time. I wish I never tried. There are still markings on the middle console. Dead bugs in front of my car. Thanks for nothing. I was going to say no star, but it won’t let me.
Best value car wash. I have used a lot of different places and by far this place is best bang for your buck. Staff is friendly and very thorough. I am very picky with my car washes and have had bad experiences in past with other places. I was even particular and only wanted hand wash cause was afraid my car would be scratched from automatic ones but this place keeps up with their equipment and cares about quality. I’ve gotten my car wash several times and no issues at all. Plus the unlimited car wash pass pays for itself! I am saving a lot of money. I used to get my car hand washed and spent hundreds of dollars and just could not afford it anymore. And just couldn’t keep paying over 100 dollars just for my car to get dirty in 3 days. My car attracts a lot of dirt and gets dirty easily. So glad I found this place and very happy with the work. They do an excellent job with the interior too! My car always looks great! I recommend everyone to get their car cleaned here.
DO NOT buy a gift card here. I’ve been a wash pass member for over a year and although they don’t do the best job, it’s a small business and convenient for me and the pass is a decent deal.
My husband bought me a gift card for $180 to use towards my monthly pass…They don’t even know how to use their system correctly. They won’t refund the gift card and told me I can only use it to pay for additional washes or add ons. Why would I not be able to use my own money towards anything I want to? They refused to allow me to have my money back as well as charged me $18 to run my car through the automatic car wash. It’s a shame because I genuinely loved going there and supporting small businesses like buggy bathe. Unfortunately I’m not sure where to go from here I am genuinely disappointed. They have a bunch of teens working there who lack customer service skills. There is one older gentleman who seems to have a good head on his shoulders. I never write bad reviews but I sincerely would hate for another person to be screwed over like this.
I just got my car cleaned again from the location on Shore Drive ! Everyone was very friendly and nice ! I asked them if they could get some sticky stuff off my windshield from where my phone used to sit when I was doing Uber eats ! They where able to get it off ! Very satisfied with there services ! My car is very clean now ! Eventually I will be making a appointment to get my car detailed! I need my seat covers cleaned ! Thanks buggy bath for the great service !
