Paid for a car wash yesterday and as my car was going through the wash something that was moving such as the air blower literally shattered my passenger side mirror. I parked my car went up to address that this happened and the person I talked to said the manager would come out and take care of it. I waited for 30 minutes no one came out and it just seemed as if it didn’t matter to them. Extremely disappointed. The staff are awesome/friendly. Just wish the dryer was a more stronger cause it didnt really take any water off. This was only my second time using this car wash. I came back for a reason and I am glad I did. Both times I have been greeted by someone and they have been so nice and professional. Thank you Kyara for having incredible customer service. That’s something that seems rare these days. She went above and beyond for me and got me to sign up for a monthly membership. I was contemplating but she sealed the deal. I can’t forget about Saell, he was genuinely nice. Made my transaction quick and easy. This place is my go to for now on!
As for the car wash itself, I have no complaints. My car always comes out looking amazing and doesn’t take much time out of my day.

They really went above and beyond to make sure that the truck didn’t enter with any mud and also got the things in the back for us and made sure that we didn’t get them wet or lost. They are really both friendly and hard workers. As for the car wash itself I like the fact that they give you a towel and air freshener.

Everytime I visit, the staff is kind, the wash is great, vacuums work and the nozzle gets in-between the door and the seats, compressed air wands work also. The angle of the asphalt is ideal, so the water runs off my car.. Restroom is always clean, glad the business is in order. Micro Fibre towels are a great deal also.
On 8/18/22 I went thru the Speedwash in Victorville. When I came out my car had been damaged. I filed an incident report with mgmt but heard nothing. I called but got nothing but the usual runaround. This company cares nothing about their customers, just selling you more high priced carwashes! If they damage your car they ignore all resposibility! I would never take any car thru a Speedwash ever again. I caution anyone who cares about damage to their car to avoid this company which has a nationwide reputation of avoiding any responsibility for damage!
This is by far the worst car wash up here. Not only are they overpriced, but it no longer washes your car, it just scratches it. Half the vacuums are closed and the ones that are open don’t even work. I cancelled my membership because I will not be paying for a car wash to scratch my car and leave it dirty. Speedwash wasn’t that great but didn’t think Mister could be any worse. I do not recommend this car wash to anyone.
When this place first opened, it was great. Felt like the team members were always fixing the vacuums and making sure that everything was nice and clean. Since they updated the employees. Don’t even check the vacuums they are always broken. When I go to wash my vehicle, it doesn’t matter what side of the parking lot it’s always broken and the floors are always muddy and dirty and the vending machines don’t work I don’t know why they decided to change the place it was better before the remodel.
Not recommended at this point. After Mister Car wash came in from the previous company I noticed the crowd was significantly smaller, to the point that no one was getting a wash. I decided to give it a go for my own opinion. I asked what was different from before… new equipment along with an entirely new crew. I was pretty disappointed assessing my vehicle. I paid for the $20 wash and immediately noticed the water left all over. The blow dry is pretty worthless and my entirely vehicle is covered in water spots. Check my photos, the back of the vehicle was barely touched and looks just as dirty as before. I will say they were pleasant and not rude at all, even with my questions about what is different with Mister compared to the original wash company.
