This is by far the best Blue iguana in Southwest Missouri. They have a conveyor belt that pulls your car along so no matter if you have a car that is slammed down to 3 inches or a massive monster truck, this car wash is capable of cleaning it. There are no slider bars beside the conveyor belt that limits the width of your tires or the height of your car clearance. The people that work here are all very friendly and professional. All in all this is the best automatic car wash around. We’re unlimited MCW members. We frequently take our Escalade through and pay extra to have the inside cleaned and wiped down as well as pay the extra fee to get our weather tech floor mats cleaned. After paying for all of this today, my husband had to take the floor mats and spray them at a manual carwash. Pictures posted below are pictures taken after MCW “washed” the mats and as my husband was preparing to reclean them.
$70 a month and a 40min wait for this? Aside from vacuuming, dusting my dash and cleaning the gunk out of my cup holders, the rest of my car is still dirty. It does not look like ANY of the interior was touched with a damp rag.
I won’t be returning to this location, and if this is the standard for Mister, I’ll be canceling my subscription. Ridiculous.
Every time I come here, rubber weather stripping is removed during the wash. I manage a fleet of company cars and this has happened on multiple vehicles. Also, I used to be on a paid monthly service plan at the South Campbell location in Springfield, MO. I’m not sure why, but that location did a significantly better job on the interior of my car than this National location ever does. At this National location just recently, weather stripping was flopping on my passenger side door a few minutes after leaving. A rag and an interior plastic piece of my car was in the front seat. An old box and windshield wiper was in the back seat. No mention from the staff about where I want these items placed, just thrown about.
WILL NOT be back. Paid $50 and got a half washed car. They didn’t even wipe down everything. Car came out and tape all over my car. When he asked if everything was ok all I could do was shake my head.
Very friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars but I paid for the $40 interior/exterior cleaning. The inside did look cleaner, but I notice the spots missed such as around the phone charging outlet, the dash near the windshield, the top of the door at the front of the windows…these were still dirty. If I had purchased a cheaper package, I wouldn’t have thought twice, but I had purchased the most expensive package to have the car detailed. I would still go to them, but won’t purchase the most expensive package anymore
