Guys with the scrub brushes at the beginning (particularly white fellow with glasses, scruffy beard.) did an absolute careless job. He was to scrub the front I assume because the black guy went to scrub the back. Granted the back wasn’t great but at least he tried. Glasses spent LITERALLY LESS THAN A SECOND “scrubbing” the front. He was back on his phone before the other fellow even made it to the back!! Glasses really dislikes his job. It’s clear. I was left using a cloth to go in and out of grooves wiping off loose dust that could’ve easily been gotten with the brush. It’s tedious work that I could’ve done at the house, bro. Why waste $20???
Aside from that I got tire shine on one side. And all over the wheels too. Maybe one side is out of shine. I’m not sure. There was also loose dirt left near the top on the rear-end. Again, this kid on the back seemed to like his job more because I saw some effort. I’ll drop pics.

After going through the wash, I noticed some pretty deep scratches on my vehicles driver-side front bumper as I was wiping it down afterwards.
While doing so, I was talking to two other customers that had pulled up next to me.
Both customers had scratches in the same exact spot on their vehicles as mine did.
Coincidence? Doubtful!
I spoke with Ryan who is either the manager, or acting manager, and he filled out an incident report, contacted his boss, and called me back a few days later.
He set up an appointment for me at a collision shop to have them try and buff out the scratches.
After visiting the shop, and having them inspect the damage, the inspector told me that the scratches could not simply be buffed out, and that it would need to be resurfaced and repainted.
I contacted Ryan at Savannah Car Wash again and told him about the matter, and after he contacted his boss again, he called me back.
They finally determined that their machines couldn’t have been the cause of the damage, and that there was nothing they could do about it.
It’s funny how after it became more costly to repair my vehicle, that now they aren’t willing to do anything for me.
I’ve attached pictures of the damage on my vehicle, and that of the other two customers vehicles.
I had gotten contact info from those who have the same damage in the same location on their vehicle, and it looks like I’m going to have to pursue legal action against this business.By Matthew Vance (10 months ago)I love coming here! I was a member and frequently went to this location and others. My truck was wrecked after entering the car wash on 12/17. The employee did not align my truck up properly prior to entering, he didn’t guide me at all actually. Soon after entering the wash my truck came off the track, unfortunately I had not realized this being blinded by foam and distracted by the radio. My truck veered to the right causing fender damage as well as the car behind me hitting me as well. The manager told me to look for estimates only to backtrack a few days later. He told me the District manager made the decision it was “driver error”. I’m still waiting for him to call me as I’m curious on the “investigation” they did that led to that decision. Nevertheless my insurance company is already starting their own investigation. Supposedly they have a corporate but noone has yet to reach out. I love this car wash. I drive door dash and sometimes Lyft and it’s nice to be able to pull up randomly and get my car washed. Takes a quick sec to vacuum and I have a clean car. Long as you come once a month, you’ve gotten your money’s worth. Some spots left afterwards that should have been cleaned. Seems undermanned too. One guy at the entrance, not even giving instructions, he almost sprayed inside my car with the bug prep because I had my driver’s window open in case he needed my receipt.
There has to be better around this area

Purchased full detail on my lexus sc430. Was told it would be 1-1.5hours until finished. 30mins in no one had even touched the car. Staff was standing around chatting, on cell phones, leaning against empty bays and not working on any car especially mine. Does not feel like the service I purchased or was promised. UPDATE: spoke with manager regarding the lack of service. Excuses and apologies were made and my car finally began to be cleaned. UPDATE: inspected the vehicle and found the cleaning to be sub par. They left streaks on the back windshield, the rims had dirt remaining inside the spoke areas, the seat covers were not put back in place, and the headliner had not been leather cleaned. UPDATE: Spoke with the manager about these concerns Erik and Alex. They offered to re do the car at another time of my choosing. I will update this post at that time.
If I could give negative stars I would! I am extremely disappointed. Got lied to about the price, never got a receipt but then saw two outrageous charges on my bank account. They offered to buff it out, ruined my completely beautiful paint! I Have reached out days ago (to a number you must text- unprofessional) and have yet to get a response that’s solving anything. I’m mad to the point of a lawsuit! Do not bring any car you actually care about to this place!!!
tis review is for the one off abercorn. very low prices. customer service is fast and friendly. waiter isnt knowledgeable and doesnt takes time to review menu items. no one available to ask questions. car sti had bugs on it. not cleaned well
