He’s ultimately the best greeter and always makes me feel happy to come to Soapy Suds. That’s just the beginning! The crew who take care of the wash, etc. They are so detail oriented. I asked them easy shine on the tires and it’s lathered on there. They claim to use Lexol for the interior but it stinks and shinny/greasy like Armor All. Worse of all it looks like it was applied with a paint brush. I had to do my best to wipe it off at home. Everything in the car is gross and shiny now. Never going again. Valencia Car Wash did a great job washing my truck. After a few hours of off roading, playing in the dirt and mud it was time to get cleaned up. I looked up car washes around the area I was going to be at and decided to go with Valencia Car Wash. I’m happy with my decision because they did a really good job getting all the mud cleaned out from underneath my truck. They also did a good job cleaning the inside of my truck. This is the BEST drive through style car wash you will find. The personnel are spectacular, the car wash is extremely effective, the driers do a great job – and my favorite – the tire wash & blackening portion. The tires look fantastic. You simply wipe the slight brush marks from the rims and you’re showroom ready!!
Also, the vacuums are super effective and very well maintained.
It used to be the best in the valley. But they increased the speed of the belt, now. Half of the car won’t get wash, half of the car won’t get rinse. The soap is still all over the car. Spending $18 is not worth it at all
I’ve been washing my car dapper dans for 2 years . I want to give it 5 stars because the people that work there are really friendly but the problem I have with the places I pay for the top package and the armoral that shines their tires at the end of wash is not always working, and what’s a clean car without shiny tire. Or why pay for something and not get what you pay for.

Every employee choose wash category depending on like or dislike the client;
even I’m premium client the employee choose dulex or basic after I confirmed to him that I got premium car wash service; please act to make your employees know what is customer service means and to do it right.
Probably the worst car wash experience with managers I’ve had.
My tire blew in the car wash broke my stem and all. Ate my tire away and they tried to tell me it’s aftermarket.
My tire stem doesn’t stick out past the rim or tire and you can clearly see it eating my tire away… I’ll make sure not to bring my cars here no more
