Went here on my lunch break for the 1st time. Quick wash, right? Nope there wash broke my window guard and left soap all over the windows . Including the windshield. I go to talk to owner “Peter” not helpful or even caring about the issues. Your car wash broke my guards and you say must have been loose. I get my truck washed monthly if not more. Never had an issue anywhere else. They I mention the soap all over the windows in the comment back was the window guards are covering it,,,, really the windshield too? This guy was a joke! No sympathy no help as if I was bothering him. Maybe measure your soap to water and clean you spinner’s.By cynthia Tellez (7 months ago)This place is a joke. My mother has been going to this car wash since it opened up. Just yesterday, she took her car there, and the car jumped off track somehow (while in neutral with the wheels straight). While it jumped off track, the machine ripped off here corner marker (shown below) and punctured the bumper and popped a couple rivets off the bumper. After talking with them afterwards, they said they would contact her back. “Peter” just called her and stated that the car needed an alignment causing it to jump off track, gee, didn’t know he was a master tech and did an alignment check on the car (he didn’t), and has nothing to do with the car wash, the car is in neutral and being pulled through, plus she just got her tires rotated and had an alignment check 2 weeks ago. Also Peter, “this happens from time to time”. If this is happening, why don’t you correct the issue with your machines, own your business! It’s not the cars fault your machine can’t operate for the purpose of what they’re made for. Peter, take care of your customers. And last but not least, “your car damaged my machine, are you gonna pay for that too?”. If the machine was damaged, WHY WERE YOU STILL RUNNING CARS THROUGH AFTER?!? This is a joke and probably laundering money through there for all the community knows. I run a major business that is very successful, and is also a service company. Always offer your customer something, doesn’t always have to be exactly what the customer wants. My family and I will pay for an over priced car wash elsewhere going forward.By Tyler Janusz (7 months ago)Always take my Toyota here. The automatic car wash does a good job for the money. Plus if you select interior cleaning, the employees are wonderful. My family had a cleaning business so I can honestly say if you have an odor in the car they usually get it out. Run your rental car over here before returning it, we did and had no complaints! The employees are very helpful if you ask them to do something specific. I cannot even tell you how appalled I am at the service that I got. This was absolutely the worst head car wash I have ever received it were still crumbs in my drivers door popcorn on the bottom of the door where the drink holder is just dust everywhere. I gave the guy an eight dollar tip before I even thought about looking around first. I left and realized how bad it was and also realize that the seats were not even wiped I could tell. I confronted the man and he said that they are not supposed to white seeds it’s not included in the price I said so apparently neither is vacuuming or dusting and I left. When I called I was told to come in to see a manager I was beyond furious so I just hung up and cried for a half an hour and it ruined my whole day. This place looks so nice on the outside and when you get the service done not only is it bad it’s disgusting and overpriced. Not only on a regular day but especially during these times with Covid and monkeypox and you mean to tell me that it’s not included in the price? My brand new suv had visible dirt in multiple spots and I was told they wouldn’t come off and I should get a full detail. I questioned them on one section they said wouldn’t come off, and it came off with a spray bottle and a rag when the guy wiped it. Another section I wiped with my shammy and it came clean despite being “permanent”. I had to wipe my own windows down when I got in the car. The latest service was a complete detail, inside & out. I have a dog who sheds so it really needed scrubbing.

The wash is better than the gas station drive through washes but it isn’t really a true detail either. My car is older so I was happy with my cleaning. There were 4 other vehicles in front of mine to go through the wash. Fast forward 50min, and my car still hadn’t come out of the wash. Couldn’t get all the services I paid for, such as drying and tire shine, because it was 60min before it even go brought out of the wash when I finally had to let them know they had run out of time with me. No up front statement that it might take a while or apologies from them when I had to drive it out wet. No offer of a refund or to come back for a future service. Nothing. Very nice car wash , gentlemen was so nice machine to shine tires not working properly so he offered to do them by hand and Happy Mother’s day to me . Very sweet. Recommend this place. Have to say the $3.95 wash does not take bird poop off kind of disappointed.
I wish towel service was a thing here in Chicago, but it’s cool. Staff are always helpful and nice. Management sometimes has one guy working by himself which seems unfair being as that person has to not only tend to giving instructions to drivers, but also has to help those trying to get their car wash set up. Vacuum suction is below par. I typically have to take my care home and use my shop vac to get it done right. Just received a call that my $34.99/month has been increased to $39.99/month. Sadly, I will be canceling my membership and going elsewhere.
Their monthly membership is unlimited once daily washes and I appreciate keeping my car clean whenever it’s convenient. Just keep an eye out for your license plate, as mine was bent and destroyed there once. Probably best to get metal license plate frames if you use automated carwashes.
