Staff were very helpful and friendly. The car wash does a better than average job and the value can’t be beat. $15 for unlimited car washes and free vacuums, wow!By Gary Pritt (a year ago)I didn’t expect perfect as this is an automatic car wash, but when you purchase “The works” (most expensive wash option) I expect better than having to rewatch the car at home to actually get it clean. Would have gone for a lesser package had I known as my primary goal was to get the under carriage clean. I could have spent a few dollars more at a competitor and received a final outcome that would have been far superior. If you need a general and light cleaning (pollen and dust) this would do the job. Now the wash was $10, did a basic job for mine but the woman behind me still had soap on one side of her car. The rags weren’t available for drying and the vacuums weren’t on at all despite the signage advertising them. Instead they, along with trash, was laying all over the ground. Guess I need to find another car wash.

After speaking with Ben Larner (super nice guy!), I decided to sign up for the Unlimited Wash Club, and I am so happy I did. Not only am I saving money and keeping my car clean, but it’s a great way to keep my two kids entertained. They love going through the car wash, and it’s so easy to take them on our way home from school. They have a great time, and I get to be “Fun Mom” for taking them. I highly recommend to anyone to go speak with Ben and sign up for unlimited!By Francisca Begelman (3 months ago)⭐Wet rags, stopped-up vacuums and employees must be charged for water usage, because good luck trying to get the wheel wells or passenger-side of your vehicle sprayed on your way into the wash. Better options are available.

DRY THE TOWELS!Quality of service has really gone down at this location lately. Low effort spray at the start, wet towels to clean windows and vacuums are 50/50 stopped up and useless.

Very rarely closed during business hours, so I can get my money’s worth for the monthly membership. Usually do a good job with the pre-wash spray as well.
It seems like each Zips location is a little bit different, as far as the actual cleaning machinery. But the kids like this one best because of the colorful lights as we go thru.

Great monthly packages and have plenty spaces for vacuuming your car which is great for Pandemic crisis. The kids who are working here don’t care. They didn’t check if your tires were in the railing. I went through and got the monthly membership today was my first time at Zips Car Wash please BEWARE!! My VW Passat I just got had it’s passenger side mirror completely shattered!! Scared me and my dog who was in the car with me!! The attendance was very nice though he even seen where the shards of glass was and apologized. It even tore the suv behind me trim off!! This car wash needs to be fixed is not safe!! I will be calling the owner or corporate tomorrow about this!! Depending on how they handle it will depend on if I ever use them again I know accidents happen and machinery can fail so if they fix the issue then I will gladly update my review
Horrible company. I do not recommend them. They would not cover damage their car wash did.i called ahead a time to see if it was safe for new car with after market parts joe said yes no problem and said come on down. I went down and car wash destroyed my new louvers and they basically stated that was my problem and they won’t cover it even though I was told it was safe for aftermarket parts
We have used this car wash several times. The service is friendly and efficient. The wash itself does a fairly decent job. And, although the machine never seems to offer receipts anymore, the crew (David was who helped us today, 12/10/22 @ 1 p.m.) are always ready and willing to help.
Great place to wash and wax my car as I have gone there for a couple years now on the regular. The only negative is that they need to upgrade or service the vacuums. There have been several that were “down” or inoperable for months. I just have gotten used to knowing which ones actually work. But good place to go get your car or truck cleaned for the price. Daylon was a great person to deal with as well.
Every time I come there I am always greeted with a smiling face. Brandon or David always help using the machines and make the process so easy! Over the last 2 months the place has really improved as far as the quality of the wash and assistance while paying. The vacuums are way more functional than they have ever been. I continuously see improvements to the place. And I want to say thank you to the staff for making this place better!
