I’ve been coming here for my car wash for 2 years. I got my car wash today 4/14 at 12:00pm. Service is not the ssame, the car washes are not the same.

My car wash is really bad.. car is still dirty and new scratches left on my vehicle. I am pretty mad never coming here again. The men who work here are lazy and I watched him dry my car and leave it sitting for 10 minutes when it wasn’t even ready. I went earlier today and they did a very poor job at cleaning the inside and it doesn’t look as if they vacuumed or even wiped the surfaces. When I first started coming I would always leave happy with a clean car but these last couple of times, the inside of my car is almost, if not the same, as it was before the wash. This time I still found the cup holders and side door handle dirty and with small trash, the car mats we’re poorly vacuumed and there was still dirt/sand on the sides and under the car mats. They either don’t want to or one time, it had rained that morning, and apparently the owner had left but just the employees remained and they didn’t have a key to get out that equipment. This was one of the worst places to get a car wash! I went for a simple wash interior and exterior. Upon getting back into my car I noticed the center consul to be very dirty, the tiny on my window was chipped and they had damaged the dashboard. I called back as I was already on my way home and all I was told was “you can come back and see how we wash everyone’s cars. No one else’s gets damaged so it wasn’t us”. It was ridiculous. I just payed ten dollars for a good wash for my truck and it left my truck with dirt spots and not cleaned at all. There is no one to call and no way of getting the service I payed for. This is a scam
Was a Great place to wash cars and take take credit cards for all even vacuum. Issue I see is when get 13 dollar wash on auto wash it says twice for spot free rinse it sprays real quick once then does full SPRAY. And sealant is not much not worth it. But see pic of my yellow rag after wash my rag got really dirty wiping it off. Not good like it use to be.

$5 for 10 minutes. I feel like this is the standard for most self serve drive thru locations. The pressure was more than enough. All of the functions on the dial worked perfectly fine and the air dryer was a huge plus that I haven’t seen at many other locations. It’s great for blowing air out of mirror crevasses etc.
