By matt davidson (3 weeks ago)Went to cancel my monthly membership and was assured that I would be good to go through February then I showed up one day before that date and was told that that was not the case and was forced to buy a one time wash since I was already in the wash. Then the worker came at me with the worst energy then took me speaking loudly as yelling because it is a noisy environment. Would not recommend. Plus it isn’t always open when you are looking to use it**update** instead of being professional and attempting to reach out to a disgruntled former customer, the owner decided to further escalate the situation by embellishing my own reaction. Obviously one would feel the need to side with their own but the reply to this 1-star review is total B.S. I did not curse AT the employee. I would never. I was simply upset over the situation and may have cursed in flat out frustration over the situation and the employees lack of empathy. The bottom line is I came to the wash in a great mood and this employee felt the need to raise their voice and literally snatch my card out of my hand like a child. The whole situation was simply a miscommunication which could have been prevented by honoring what the employee explicitly stated on the day I canceled my membership renewal. I came up and had a lengthy discussion about moving to the east coast where we both agreed that the Wild West Wash franchise is not established therefore we went ahead and cancelled but not before being ASSURED that I would be good to go through the February billing cycle. Sorry for for being a bad customer. Stay Wild!

I always go out of my way to get gas and a car wash. It’s genius marketing. I just hope they bring them. For what they charge, we definitely won’t be back.By Matt James (2 weeks ago)I took my car in because it was in desperate need of a wash. When I went to dry it, I noticed a dent about 12 inches wide. I quickly dried off the rest and went to talk to a staff who directed me to the manager. At first, the manager was very kind and took the time to walk me through the wash to explain how the machines work and that it wouldn’t leave a dent because the brushes are gentle. After we finished walking through I wanted some closure and asked if I could please see the camera footage from before to just have peace of mind knowing it didn’t happen here. Mind you this car is only 6 months new, so I have been very vigilant to every tiny scratch 🙁 the manager kindly agreed and went back to gather the video. The first angles are so far back and poor quality you can’t see much detail. It was not possible to see any markings on the car. Obviously I wasn’t expecting to see small scratches or dents, but let me remind you it’s a dent 12 inches wide. The video at the exit of the wash is much better definition and there you could see the dent. The manager explained that it’s because before when the staff used to drive the cars that’s where a lot of theft happened and that was to help monitor. I felt like I had no closure but also couldn’t confirm that it happened here or beforehand. What happened next was what left a sour taste and is one of the reasons I don’t return. The manager panned the camera back to the current time and pointed to cars that we’re waiting for a detailing and said “well I have to go back and finish all of these cars. Anything else I can do?” At that point it felt very dismissive and I felt like there was some gaslighting. It made it seem like the other customers were more important than me. I think there was probably a better way to phrase that. I ended up having an anxiety attack in my car afterwards and needed my sister to drive me home.It is a bit suspicious only the last camera has better resolution than at the beginning of the car wash. I should have listened to people when they told me to wash my new car by hand. I guess that is my fault.
This was a bad experience for myself. It might be better for other people. I don’t know if the dent happened there or before I arrived, but needless to say I won’t be returning.

The manual wash pressure rinse works good and accepts debit cards. The automatic car wash works good. I like it that the soft wash brushes spin both directions, one direction on the way to the back and the opposite direction on the way to the front. Gets both sides of the mirrors nicely. The air dry doesn’t get everything fully dry but it is good enough. I really like that it’s never busy so you don’t feel rushed by other people waiting. Plus my favorite part is they have a blower so you don’t have to worry about your car leaving water spots. They even have a carpet shampoo station which leaves your carpets smelling fresh and clean.By Joey Thompson (9 months ago)The auto car wash is pretty good, a bit more modern than the Chevron car wash i used to go to, the thing that blows air to dry your car moves, instead of being stationary and you need to drive your car through to get your car blow dried. I liked this because your car will dry more evenly this way. Don’t expect a quick job if getting more than just a basic wash. I came on a Friday afternoon and took about an hour. To be expected really when putting so much work into each car. Very meticulous, and detailed! Great work!
Customers. You should not visit this car wash if you care about yourself and your car. The owner, Ryan, is deceitful and does not follow through on his word, or stand by the negligent actions of his workers. This used to be the only car wash my husband and I would take our cars to, however we can no longer take our vehicles through it. During our last experience the worker directing us through the wash directed us over the metal guide, and then instructed us to back up which pulled our bumper forward to the point that it was dragging on the ground. The owner at first was willing to pay for the repairs and take some responsibility, until we received the quote for the repairs. Then he asked to run it through insurance. After running it through insurance Ryan decided to not take any responsibility. We are now out our entire deductible and our car will never look the same. These are just poor business practices. Very disappointing on the front of Buggy Bath, Ryan, and the insurance agency, Central Insurance Group. Don’t take your car here. It is not worth the damage or the stress!

We have a buisness account here and when you come in first thing, all of the staff is really rude. I understand it’s early but you are literally getting paid to do the job you signed up for… at that hour. Seriously considering going somewhere else.
Since the weather finally decided to act right, everyone in Reno had the same idea to get their vehicles washed. The crew was pretty slammed but they kept cranking out fresh looking cars. Love their handwash. They get the grim off the rims and wash the rubber mats. My only gripe was with the interior wipe down, as you can literally see the areas that got hit and missed due to the difference in color. That being said, it’s a $50 charge versus a full detail. I definitely won’t complain.
