Before going in, the attendant sprayed some bug remover on the front that helped get the more egregious offenders unstuck during the wash. The vacuums are a great offer at this wash. Much better service and the wash was cheaper and had so much more to offer for cheaper. Mister car wash does not even clean the back and of vehicles. For example I paid for a monthly package and there is only young kids working there with angry faces…they told me because I had a crash on the front of my SUV now out of no where they won’t let me go through the car wash, they could have told me that before I paid for a subscription!!! The car wash was great and convenient aside from underpowered vacuums, but that’s pretty usual.
The problem is that it overcharged my card. I used 3 cycles of the machine ($2 each) and it charged me $10… and there is no phone number to call to talk an owner/the business so I have no choice but to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. They give you plenty of time with the initial deposit and if you want to add additional time you can do so in increments. The brush had plenty of soap coming out however the pressure soap today for some reason did not. Free vacuums, clean towels and free cleaning products so you can finish cleaning your car.
I would not recommend this car wash if you have larger tires 37″+ we have 37s and only the bottom half get washed and tire shine applied. Our Wrangler is also lifted so the top 6″ of the passenger and driver side doesn’t get washed. Also depending on who is there they might turn off the flaps saying that it would catch the bumper and move the vehicle around. I got the 30 day pass and Tae it through 2 or 3 times to get it looking good and then detail the rest at home or under their awning. And don’t expect the back of your Wrangler to get washes even with a rear tire delete.
Pulled up about 30 minutes before close because I was feeling motivated and I was so glad that Rob met me at the front to show me how to use their system since I had just moved to the area. He was incredibly helpful and professional! They are certainly worth the drive across town, I’ll be returning real soon. My car looks great, thanks again!
I have lived in Florida for just under a year and I finally went to a car wash for the first time. I normally wash my own car. I truly regret it. I paid my $20 and came out the other side and left. First stop I checked on how clean the car was and to my shock, the left front rim was damaged with serious rash. To replace the rim would be at least $1,000. I found someone who repairs wheels. I will never go back to this car wash again.
I tried it for a month and will be going back to a different Car Wash, Camel. I appreciate the attendant asking after my first wash how I liked it. I let him know I was not satisfied. For the same price Camel will hand scrub any bugs on the front of the vehicle. This location, Palm Coast, leaves the vehicle soaking wet and does not remove any bugs. They spray the car before entering with water but that’s about it. The attendant said they are supposed to receive blower/dryer upgrades in the fall but they have already been delayed before. This location is convenient but not worth the money.
