Also… new rate increase now includes tire shine. It doesn’t work. Spoke with management and they said it’s working. It’s not unless you think this pic is tire shine. Looks dull and dirty to me. You judge.

They barely sprayed the window with it and completely ignored the front bumper, where all the bugs actually hit. Car wasn’t even clean when we left. It’s like the entire bumper wasn’t touched even going through the wash. Sometimes they work fine, then when you return again, it’s not working. One time the wash broke while I was in it, then had to drive out of it and come back later. This is the best drive-thru car wash in Las Vegas! They have an app that allows you to pay per wash or you can sign up for the monthly plan and wash unlimited! The staff is always very friendly if you go to the window, never had a bad experience with them. The wash itself is amazing and you can tell they use high quality products. They have free vacuums and mat washers once you come out of the wash. came to get a car wash, I was the 2nd person in line waiting before they even opened and everything went smooth and quick. until I examined the car myself and noticed it wasn’t even wiped off properly on the outside. they didn’t even touch my grill?! even my windshield was dirty on the passenger side because they love to sit their towels on there before they get touched by somebody. not impressed because this is my 2nd time coming here and my first car wash was perfect and it was cheaper.
Horrible. The outside of my truck was left with water stains. I had to point out areas that still had wax. The waxing was not good. The interior was a bad job. They spray the shine and don’t completely wipe down the surfaces. Still had dust and dirt in a lot of areas. They left a funky smell in my truck. Worst part is I had to wait almost 2 hours for this hack job. Do not recommend. Wish I would have read the reviews before using this mediocre establishment.
I opted for the elite detail and let me tell you. My carpets were literally soaken wet with a brown liquid when they said they were finished, the vents were full of dirt, and there were spots clearly missed in broad daylight. You are getting ripped off if you choose this service
Paid $65 for this? I had to come home and clean it myself. They also didn’t get in the 3rd row to clean at all. Will not come back. The only reason for 2 stars is that the staff in the office are nice.
I’ve had a bad experience in the past a couple of times, and I decided to give them another try. This time, I got shampoo inside and washed with a wax job. He did a phenomenal job and fixed so many light scratches on my 300. It looks so damn good after a good wax job. They have redeemed thereself, and I’ll be coming back to have my Duramax waxed.
