This wash is a scam! Do not use your card to sign up! They will hold your information and charge your cards how they please multiple times a month and when you ask for a refund they say they will cancel your membership only! I hate when corporations take advantage of people card information and money! If you are smart you will NEVER sign up for a wash memberships here. Ultimate Wash has never scammed me, I advise people to use them or anyone but Rich’s. They are a SCAM!!! Staff was friendly and helpful. I had a free wash pass for their Best Wash, unfortunately it didn’t do it’s Best. Told them what happened and they were able to cover me getting it rewashed again. It got majority of everything off, yet there was still dirt on my car . After just discovering the bug washing station there, I just know that using bug washing station cleans it a little better than the actual carwash itself. Overall Great but didn’t clean the trunk door good enough… The staff Erin and seem like a new dude but didn’t catch his name, was incredibly nice and willing to work with me!! Ms. Erin explain the monthly payment and perks of having it too. Thank you Ms. Erin and other dude for making it a good experience!
Automated car wash with self serve vacuum. This place must be under new management and is quite good. I usually have a five star experience but today there were a couple of very minor issues (car dryer didn’t seem to work as well, wheel brushing was not as thorough as usual, and paper towels and cleaning spray weren’t available). However, the owner/manager is very professional and asked for my feedback and offered to let me go through the wash a second time. He is working hard to have a great business and I will continue using this car wash and anticipate giving it five stars on my next visit.

I purchased the Express Wash monthly service. First visit was fair, sprayed car before going through automatic wash. Yesterday I went through, no one sprayed or brushed my suv first. Just why don’t people do a good job anymore. The guy was too lazy. They were not busy when I went through either. ???
