Could not be happier with the results! They made my 2016 Honda Fit look like new again. My car has been my little truck for years, hauling plants, bags of soil and mulch, and pavers. So the interior was looking and smelling pretty grungy, with dirt particles deeply embedded in the upholstery. The exterior had lost its luster. For the interior and another $150 for the exterior detailing. First off let me say I was no where near expecting the results Hamdens team gave my car. I have an Audi A6 that has never been detailed since I got it. When he told me “your car will look like it just came off the lot brand new” he wasint lying. He really takes your car and completely transforms it to factory off the lot quality. I had an enormous amount of salt build up from Wisconsin winters. He and his team got every bit of it out. I don’t usually leave reviews, but this place was above and beyond. My car clearly hadn’t been cleaned in years. I wish I had a before photo so you could see what they were working with. My partner “couldn’t take it anymore” so I called Metro. They were able to get me in super quickly, and it looks SO GOOD. I can’t recommend them enough & I will definitely be back! This location has gone down hill dramatically in the last several months. I’ve been turned away three is the last 10 days with problems with the wash and the quality has gone absolutely to the bottom. Today the wash wasn’t working yet they didn’t block anything off and they sent me through despite the fact they knew that the soap and the other chemicals were not working which likely damage the surfaces of my car. Above that they also stopped doing hand dry and added some sort of drying wheel above the car which doesn’t really work at all. I’ve visited this location almost every day for the last couple years and I have a premium membership at the top level, which I’ll be canceling immediately. The owner is here and he won’t even take a five minutes to talk to me or try to come up with a solution to help me get a clean car I live and work in my car and I can’t have a dirty vehicle on the outside or one that’s damaged. Sadly I have to tell you, this is no longer a good car wash.
Awful interior detail job. My seats were soaked when I arrived to get my car, and my dash, console, wheel, and screens were all left with a thick greasy cleaner on it. Plus, they left spots all over my steering wheel, and somehow managed to NOT wipe down the one stain on passenger door. Could have done a better job with a wash cloth and water
This is for detailing detailing only I wasn’t happy but yes they did go over every inch inside and out with a microfiber cloths and power scrubber. Drop off and leave your car for a couple of hours
We took our family car in on a Friday night. We were asked twice to come in earlier so they could close early but it did work in our schedule. We were okay with bringing it in if it worked. Once we brought it in, what typically takes 90 minutes was only around 30 to 40 minutes but they ensured us that there were three detailers doing the job since they did not have anybody else coming in.
Everyone was really nice and my husband seemed pleased but we definitely have varying opinions on what “clean” looks like. The next day I got into the car and it looked good from afar but the “details” were not taken care of. It’s difficult to spend money on services like this but we do it because it takes a lot of time and we do not have time these days. So, we would like to know that it is money well spent especially as a monthly member.
I took it in the next day and was greeted with wonderful service! LAVONTE, TONY AND TANIA! Thank you for taking care of us! They didn’t make us feel badly because it was already hard to question somebody’s work. They just got right to it and fixed it right away. I feel badly because I did not have additional cash. They deserve the tip that we gave the night before. Overall, we still like going here but it has slipped a bit in the last year.
I have had a membership to this business for a couple of years. The Wauwatosa location is a complete disaster. The complete wash works about half of the time. Today I went all the way through with absolutely nothing working. Had to go back and get in line to go again. A complete waste of time. There have been times when the soap doesn’t work, there have been other times when the soft brushes don’t work. They stopped doing the towel dry and have a rotating chamois at the end and sometimes that doesn’t work(like today as well.) The best location they have is in hales corners but it’s a long way to go for the same service since I live in Wauwatosa. I have also used the Grafton location which seems to operate pretty good as well. I just wish they would fix up the Tosa location, it’s a great place for a car wash. As I said earlier it’s just is a complete disaster.
