RUINED MY CAR PAINT! WILL NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY. GO somewhere else!! Workers ruined my car paint with the pressure washer, which was perfectly fine. I have gotten my car washed here multiple times and there has been no problem! They tried to tell me my paint was already bad. The owners do not want to take responsibility, and are delaying looking at the security cameras proving my car was perfectly fine before the car wash. They were very responsive to my disappointment. I took my car back in and they were very apologetic. I know things happen, may have a bad seed in the staff. But they showed professionalism and took responsibility. Jorge and I forget the other gentleman’s name, we’re both attentive.
They were the way all managers should rectify a customers complaints. I have to say, they re-did the job and it is now immaculate. I will return now. Solely based on the professional nature they handled the situation.

By Jane Bond (7 months ago)I’ve been a client of this car wash for over 10 yrs now. For some reason, after the pandemic they changed the washing process. After the pandemic, they decided that you stay in the car while they pressure clean your car and spray it with soap to then be taken to the vacuum area.This process is very unsuitable for the cars. My last two times I visited there I went with two different cars. First, my RR sport which I asked to get it waxed (full service) when they finished one of the headlight washer was completely broken thus it fell from the car see pictures. This happen like on November last year.
I gave it a second chance yesterday with another car and they damaged the Turbo 4Matic+ emblems on the side due to the careless procedure that they now use. I will not be coming back, and if you have a luxury car or just simply care about your car I strongly suggest do not take it here.

But 2 things that were particularly important to me (that I specifically mentioned) were my rims and the stains in my interior. I spoke to a salesperson and he convinced me that shampooing all 4 seats was a better value. The whole process took quite long, which I would’ve been fine with as long as the quality was good. I was finally told my car had been completed, and under their shelter’s shade, everything seemed to be clean. Later, when I got home I found that they had failed to take care of both details I mentioned. This is by no means a professional service, I’ve seen dealerships clean cars more thoroughly than this. i payed $60 for this car wash and i expected a lot more for the interior, it’s still dirty, i had to show the guy where to clean and all the spots he missed, absolutely not, im not coming again.
My first time here yesterday for a wash because my SUV really needed it especially the rims. I didn’t expect much to help the rims from road grime but I was super surprised that they cleaned up really well! I paid for the second tier $20 and I am pleased with the outcome. I will be back.
Currently, the Busy Bee offering one month free car wash for for $5.00 extra. They selling you membership of $29.99/ month without telling you a single word. Be aware of it. A month later they charge your card without any authorization. No return money upon cancelation. Looks like scam to me.
I’ve been a member of Busy Bee Car Wash in Miami Shores for almost 20 years, and I’ve always been impressed with their customer service. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and they go out of their way to make sure that you’re happy with the service.

I went to them after a friend referred me and it was the worst job I’ve seen!! The young kid has no idea what it means to detail a car. He left my rims dirty and barely vacuumed inside!!! I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone especially after paying $53 + $10 tip to the kid😡😡😡 I’ve got pics of what I’m stating!!!
