Every time I go to this car wash. Some thing is always broke,but this time I asked what the deal was and she said that she was the only one working just wanted to make her job easier by closing lanes even though I have 3 car passes that I pay per month but have to wait in line. Came by once again and they have the fast pass lanes closed. Don’t get it. Good place for big trucks that are under 7’2”. I have a 2017 tundra w/6” lift and off set wheels 35×12.50 and it fits in the tracks with about 2” left on the track. The boys let me pull up first to check it then we sent it.By J C (7 months ago)Terrible communication. Great employees outside of management. The workers are helpful but overall everyone above their level wastes your time. They broke my mirror in the car wash but tried to blame me even though the blower CLEARLY blew it off. Fully intact & functioning when I got there then broken when I left. Not to mention they didn’t communicate with me for TWO WEEKS after the incident. I had to chase everyone down to get even an answer to what would happen next. Don’t risk it here! Save your money & go anywhere else.
Edit: someone finally reached out to me & is willing to work with me on at least replacing the part that was broken. Thankfully at least I’m getting some assistance after some persistent phone calls. But I will take a little wiggle room over nothing so I don’t want to disregard the effort.

Bad experience. Being a fast pass regular customer, paying $40/month, this kind of service is not expected. Every time, when I get my car washed, I need to dry itbagain using cloth, else they leave water marks on the car. Also, shampoo remains on body after wash.
Cheaper is better
I usually spend $10 & I get a good wash what I pay for but today I spent $20 & it looks worse than the $10 they was extremely busy but quantity ( moving faster) doesn’t override quality windows streaked & my car
When I finally made it into the wash bay, the employees didn’t scrub bugs or even spray my truck down. They didn’t guide me in which caused me to bump the railing pretty hard. Inside the wash, nothing that I paid for was done. I never saw any of the “over the top” services done. At the end of the wash, your employees “dried” my truck off with dirty rags that only left my truck with dirty water marks that I got out and cleaned. I stopped using this car was years ago, and decided to give it another chance. I’m very regretful that I did. Worst $25 “over the top” wash I have ever received. Your employees don’t care and you don’t get what you pay for.
Since take5 bought them the quality has gone down hill fast. Almost every location doesn’t have someone to dry off the vehicle. They haven’t lowered the prices to compensate for the lack of service. I don’t blame the workers. It’s gotta be take5. Just like when they bought Bolton’s the service has gone downhill but they still expect people to pay the same or more. Bring some microfibers if you choose to use them
Best in town but don’t always have ppl to dry the vehicle off in the afternoons. They need more help.
