This is my second vehicle that Lindsay & Lindsay has completed paint protection film and window tint. This is an incredible shop in so many ways and how they treat their customers! You will be impressed as soon as you walk in. They invited me into their shop to show what they can do with paint protection film. It was like going into a hospital surgery room! The staff is great in working with you to get what you want. Both vehicles turned out awesome! I would never consider going anywhere else for any type of detailing, window tint, paint protection film, or other services they provide. From my first interaction with them over email to the follow up texts after I picked my truck up, I was extremely impressed by their communication, professionalism and dedication to their work. It’s abundantly clear that they take pride in the work they do, and they go above and beyond to take care of you as a customer and to make sure you’re satisfied.I could not be happier with the care they took with my truck and the quality of their work. I have a monthly subscription and usually go to the Fern Valley location. However, today I went to the full service location; paid $15 for the interior + exterior package, plus a $10 tip on top of that. It was disappointing that their finished product wasn’t as good as what my car looks like after a basic rush job of mine. The staff is very friendly, free window cleaner at some of the vacuum stations, the vacuums work great. I like that they spray your car down before you go through the wash. Unlimited washes with any plan. Sometimes I wash my car twice a day.

I have also used the drive thru wash and they also do a fantastic job. Everyone should have their car full detail yearly and upkeep every few months. Makes car last longer and seem brand new. They did a great job on the exterior car detail, however they damaged a button on the interior of my car. I pointed it out to one of the employees when I picked the car up and was told that I would hear back the next week and they would take care of it. I called to follow up twice the next week and was told the manager would call me back within a day or so. It’s been around two weeks and I have never heard back from them. At this point I would rather just move on and not waste the energy dealing with them. I will not be bringing any of my vehicles back here and would not recommend them. Very unprofessional
Update 6-17-21: Mike at Xclusive worked with the BMW service center to have the button replaced. I just had to schedule the appointment, but Mike covered the cost.
Extremely professional and outstanding work. Got me scheduled in with a few days lead time. The owner walked me to my car to ensure I was satisfied with the work I had done, that alone tells you everything about this business. Recommend every chance I get and will return in the future when needed.

Absolutely amazing. I can’t exactly put it to words how great a job they did with detailing my car. I had mold from trees, hadn’t washed it in a year, and taking my cat to the vet she peed in my passenger seat…. They didn’t only take care of those issue but made my 12 year old car feel brand new. I’ll definitely be bringing my second car here very soon!!
Very pleased with the craftsmanship involved in protective coating my Porsche 911. Front spoiler experienced a couple of scrapes coming out of a parking lot and the repair to the protective film was well done with little additional cost to me. Highly recommend!
