PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE stay away from this car wash! I bought a new car from another state, and I usually hand wash my cars, but when I brought it home I wanted it to look good for my wife to take to work the next day. So I thought in my mind this car wash is almost brand new what’s the harm… well I get home and am wiping off the car when I noticed tons of huge scratches and damage to the back and side of my SUV. So, I did what anyone would do and contacted the wash. They told me to go fill out a claim online and they would get back to me.. nope, nothing, so I filled out another one waited the days they recommend and nothing. Sent multiple emails to their help@galaxies and you guessed it nothing.. so I finally went in demanding I talk with someone in charge. The 20 year old “manager” told me to go over to Mayo auto #2 over in Killen as they were the owners and they can get it fixed for me. Took it there only for the lady to very rudely tell me the owners don’t work there and I would have to send an email… she then proceeded to go take a look at my car and basically call me a liar and that the machine couldn’t do that damage.. well it did lady… so after now almost 4 months of not writing a review here I am.. beware of this place and their faulty equipment!By Dallin Lund (a month ago)Unfortunately, I did not have a great experience nor can I recommend anyone.
Todays Car Wash is much, much better. Galaxy offered a premium free wash and though I already have a membership, I wanted to give it a shot.
Unfortunately I went through the car wash twice and my car was still not clean. There was a coating of white film on my vehicle and small swivel scratches. Not only, the fella with the ginger beard and mustache that work on 1/12 at 6:30pm was extremely rude and not friendly. He even hinted that the free wash was for another location. And if it was so why didn’t the agent at the gate stated so? Like did he expect me to reverse and drive on the other side of town?
Unfortunately, going through a third time would not do any good so I’m literally leaving and heading to todays car wash for a proper wash.
If this is how they treat a potential customer I would never get a membership with them.

After the wash was done, I got out and didn’t see anything that might have fallen off or on my van. A couple days later I noticed that a black metal strip was missing off of my brand new vehicle. I called and they claimed they never found it inside the wash and are not liable for the damages. Like all automatic car washes, this has caused paint to chip on two of my vehicles – that’s a risk you take doing things quickly.
The staff doesn’t seem like their happy or enjoy their jobs though and I wish that wasn’t the case! Everyone deserves to be happy. First time here and visiting my uncle, this Carwash is awesome. I helped my uncle vacuum his car and the vacuum was sooo strong. Plus the tire and rim cleaning was immaculate – wow!! I paid for the Ultimate Car Wash thinking my car was going to be clean but when I came out of the carwash there was still a lot of dirt stains on my car. Thankfully one of the workers allowed me to go through and get another car wash for free. That was very nice of her
I used the hand wash I put out $2.50 in and it only gave me 2 minutes. That’s absolutely ridiculous. Won’t be going there anytime soon. I put in another $2. 50 the total car wash cost me $7.50 despite the opinion of the owner it was on fort Hood avenue. Perhaps one has to check the equipment to see that it’s working properly. Rather than telling a customer that he was an error on location.
I have the basic plan for $16.99 @ month and I love it! I have grandkids that I pick up from school and the unlimited vacuum with a wash comes in handy. Where I would be spending about $20 @ month just to vacuum, I’m spending less than that for a wash and vacuum. And they are conveniently located around the corner from where I wash my clothes. So I can wash clothes and clean my vehicle basically at the same time.
The automatic carwash it alright but the self car wash is terrible. It seem like a cash grab, you initially get very little time, the 30 sec per quarter that you get is wasted by the machine trying to change modes, Good thing I had enough quarters. The handle are always sticky.
It’s not to bad. Fairly decent price and free vacuums. The worker I interacted with was nice. The vacuums are alright as well. I have dogs that shed constantly so my vehicle had a lot of dog hair in it. The vacuums struggled with the random little rocks built up on my floor mats and couldn’t really touch the dog hair. There was also air hoses which helped return the little rocks to where they belonged
