I had no issues with the car wash while I was using it in MS. However, as far as a business… it’s unreliable. I moved out of state, & no longer need the membership I have. For months I’ve tried to contact them. If you need to contact them it’s a no go. The website is basic. No way to cancel.There aren’t any useful ways to contact them….. In any way. Calling by phone, email, or leaving a voicemail. No one answers or call bk.Furthermore the website has No manager, supervisor or owner info… but I’m sure that’s done on purpose. Manager Rich Mason said they don’t cover repairs because of the disclaimers out front and because the machine was functioning properly at the time. The attendant also yelled at me.

I checked my account and I was charged each time my card was swiped. I alerted the employee and he stated there was nothing he could do, this is not his business, and I would have to wait until a manager comes in tomorrow, or contact my bank about the charges. I just purchased my suv ten days ago and this was its first wash. I proceeded to go through the wash and then vacuumed it. It wasn’t until I got home that I realized my antenna on top of my vehicle was missing which led me to inspect the rest of my Car. I found that my bumper had a bunch of sticky dots on it. They would not come off after I tried to clean them. They were closed at this time and I had to wait until Monday. I called each day and left a message. No one returned my call. I finally went up to the car wash on Tuesday and spoke with Bobbie. He said that I needed to fill out a report and to call his supervisor Rich in the morning. I asked Bobbie if anyone found my antenna and he said no. Bobbie called me back ten minutes later and said he found it. It was laying with other things people left behind. I called Rich this morning and he basically told me that there are signs that state they don’t cover vehicles over 10 years old and that I would have to take the loss. There was no apology or an offer for my money back. He was very blunt. I do not appreciate people who take other peoples money and show no, at the least, appreciation and sincerity. *Update* 02.01.2022 Per Mister Car Wash’s request, I sent an email to their email address that they provided. As of February 2022 I never received a reply from them. That is disappointing and embarrassing.

Definitely didn’t have a great experience at Mister car wash. I went out of my way to go here, which was not a good decision.
1. There was not a bug wash area as you pull into the business.
2. I’m disabled and have difficulty with my hands, so using the card reader took a little longer for me to use.
3. Just as my card was authorized, an attendant walks up and sticks their head inside of my vehicle to see what the issue is. Hello, Covid! What were they thinking. They didn’t say anything just put their head right in. ( I pulled up close to the kiosk, so I could avoid an interaction like that however, this didn’t stop them from nearly hoping in my vehicle. )
I told them I was fine and did not need any assistance.
4. They didn’t tape down my rear wiper arm, because of this the rear wiper arm was up when I got to the vacuums. This could have definitely damaged the rear wiper arm.
5. My vehicle was not very clean after the car wash, not to mention that there was more tire shine on the body of my vehicle that on my tires.
This interaction with Mister Car Wash, was completely disappointing. I unfortunately will not use their services any longer.
Not a bad car wash and in a good location with fair prices. However their machine seems a little rougher that most drive-in car washes. I’m fairly certain the machine scuffed my wheels and on my most recent visit, it completely tore the toolbox off the bed of my truck. I’ve been going thru carwashes all around the Metro with that toolbox for several years, never had that happen before. When you come off the tracks the sound makes you cringe a little, sounds like something is slamming under your car.
TLDR: if you drive a nice car don’t use drive-thru car washes.
The staff is very nice. Lots of washing options to choose from including an economical eight dollar wash. I free vacuums with a wash. this place stays very busy but was not too busy when I went.
I love the ease of just going thru the car wash and your car is clean. Membership was the best decision.
