Got the ultra luxury package, was anything but. Seems like the car got a light wipe down as someone jogged past it. Would have been better off going through a gas station car wash with the windows down. Every single surface is still dirty.By Collin Berry (11 months ago)I’ve been coming here regularly for a few years, and I’ve noticed an overall drop in quality. More recently, since they underwent some reconstruction and rebranded as “Luxury” rather than “Hand wash”, it’s gotten worse.
I just tried the “luxury” package, which was $35, and look at the results (pics included). They did a very shoddy job, and I could see how fast they churned through washing my car; they weren’t even busy! I could tell that they weren’t taking time like they did in the past, and the results show. I usually got their basic hand wash for $22, and it always turned out better than this. Moreover, I believe I was supposed to get $5 off for the “luxury” package as a part of their promotion, but I didn’t!
This is the last straw for me. I will not be returning to this checkered flag in the future.

Now they changed their model to a self service car wash where you have to do it yourself with basically the same price as before. When I visited in Dec, one of the managers said that “Free car wash until end of January, 2023. So, I visited back on middle of January, a Hispanic old man said that no more free car wash. I was disappointed at first. A few days later, I came back to talk with Jose about it. He agreed with me, and he promised me one free car wash later. I visit today for what Jose promised, but same old Hispanic man showed up “No free wash”. Even if Jose explains the situation to him, he said “No” “The Trust” means “Good Business”. I went there to clean the interior from dog hair, gave a friend a car for a day and they left his dog’s hair inside, brought it to them, the guys there recommended cleaning the interior for $ 120, it’s very expensive for me, but I’m allergic to wool, so I agreed, in the end, they tried to give me the car to me 4 times, at the end I just freaked out and took the car away, why take on work that you can’t do, maybe someone thinks that if you make a x5 price tag, then it will be done by itselfBy Delovoy Box (4 months ago)Horrible car wash. I’d say my car was not that dirty. Just typical city driving. I paid for their Silver price which was $10. To say the least, it did not do a good job. Not even mediocre…easily below that. Still had dirt in many areas. I have a medium sedan and failed to even touch my hood. Do not waste your money here. The only good thing were probably the vacuums. They SUCK pretty well. Either than that, basic and your money is stolen. Do I still get a free towel? 🤭🤪
I remember when this location opened a couple of years ago their carwash was amazing but I guess after years now they are losing a lot of customers because of their service. I had multiple bad experiences with this place in the past 2 years and this time wanted to give them another chance to see if they improved or not, but no they are worst than before.
If you look at the review you think this place is amazing but guess what these reviews are fake and they have different promotions for people who review them and give them 5 stars ratings, this time was a free towel.
I think my pictures will speak itself to how bad this carwash is, this is what you will get with the most expensive carwash option at this location which was the platinum option.
Look at all the dirty areas in my car.

Found this car wash and haven’t looked back! Conveniently located and the staff is always friendly. Vacuum is free with your wash, which makes it even more awesome.
The place is ALWAYS packed! So you gotta plan accordingly or you could be stuck waiting for what seems like forever. UNLESS you buy one of their membership packages.
With a membership you have your own lane and you get to go ahead of others in the regular line. It’s like being VIP in a club or at an amusement park and you feel so cool because you’re like “excuse me, coming through”. Seriously, the membership is worth it especially if you get your car washed more than twice a month.
I have the premium membership which costs $40 per month and I get to wash my car pretty much everyday if I want and believe me I actually do. We live in Sunny SoCal! 🌞 The cost for a single platinum wash is about $16 so if you’re washing your car multiple times a month… Well the math speaks for itself.
Anyway, can’t say anything bad about this place. They’re open early and close late and my car always come out looking great! Check them out next time you’re needing a car wash. 🚗🧽👍🌞
Honestly it washed the car just fine, nothing special. Left behind some wet spots and didn’t do a great job but it was fast and fairly inexpensive. Convenient location and if you get an oil change then the wash is free. The vacuums make it worth it, they’re easy to use and free with a wash but they aren’t very powerful.
Used to be my go-to car wash place but havent been in a while. Got the gold wash and it literally took 30 sec from start to finish (I didn’t feel like I got all the extras I was supposed to get with the gold wash). Not sure if quality has gone down or if I got scammed……and the drying machine broke my rear window wiper. Not coming back here again. Better value for money elsewhere.
