I was a member for 2 years when a part broke (verified by an employee) and broke my windshield, the wiper mechanics, and dented my car. Since I’ve been a loyal customer with multiple cars on membership, when they said a manager would call to follow up, shocker, I believed them. Well now I am repairing it all myself and contacting corporate since the manager is apparently too busy to reach out despite me calling to follow up twice. The car wash quality has declined and the prices have increased. It’s not worth it. The brushes on the right side were not all working, the rinse didn’t seem to be working well and the dryers did not seem to be working very well either. Once I got through the car wash I looked my truck over and it looked horrible. I don’t believe the wheels and tires were ever touched. The tailgate was not touched and there appeared to be dried soap on the vehicle. I spoke to the manager who looked at my truck and agreed it’s not clean. She told me the equipment was broken and they were waiting to get it fixed. She told me I could scrub my truck down with their equipment and then she would run it through the wash again. So I guess the way it works is, I give them $20 and then I wash my truck then I go through the car wash. I told her I would like a refund. She said she could not give me a refund because I already went through the car wash. She also stated that this is the corporate rules. She said that the regional manager was on site however he will not do anything for me either. How would I know your equipment is not working without going through the car wash? I looked and didn’t see a sign warning people before they go into the car wash that the equipment is not working. If you look at numerous previous reviews you can see the equipment has not been working for months. This is a pretty pathetic way to operate a business. The vacuums and air stations were always clean and maintained. The associates were always polite and helpful. One day I got a $20 charge. Talked to the guy at the podium, he said he couldn’t give me back the $20 charge but would cancel my membership (I never signed up for it) so I don’t get charged again. The following month the charge was there again. Called the location and was told I could only cancel online. Went online (knowing I didn’t have an account) to find out I don’t have any account) Called back… talked to a woman that told me my card was attached to an account for a man named Jeffrey??? So supposedly they took my card number off that account. But just to be safe I called my bank to dispute the charges (just in case out happens again). I gave 1 because there is no zero.First time going and never come back.The worst car wash ever i had!!! I bought Platinum for 39 $ and inside looked dirty and seats not wiped down,vaccumed not properly,there was trash between seats and on carpets and the exterior at some parts was dusty.

I’m extremely DISAPPOINTED. I paid $160 for an exterior polish and protect, with “auto detailing”. They left sections of wax on the vehicle and completely ignored the rims. To get the guy off my back I say fine to an $80 wash with interior detailing. I get my car back overall looks fine. They didn’t do that great of a job vacuuming. But the rims of my tires still have dirt all over them. I am sorry but if I am paying THAT much for a car wash I expect that all of my car is getting washed/cleaned right. I have taken my car to middle school/high school fundraisers and they did a better job of not missing spots on my car AND the rims of my tires are cleaner then what this business did. Be aware of this car wash. I drive a 2011 Toyota 4runner and not only did it rip my antenna off, but my driver’s side mirror as well. My car is in great shape as you can see from the pics, not some old car that has parts falling off. These are both OEM parts yet I have received no compensation for them or even an offer to help me fix them. The employees mysteriously couldn’t get the video to play back when I asked (convenient) and there was no manager on duty to speak with either. (Also convenient) They acted like I did something wrong yet I have been a customer for a long time and did the same thing I always do when going there. Zero customer service, as well as zero responsibility for their wash costing me over $500!! Stay away unless you don’t care about your car.
My membership ran out about a month ago and I did not know this exceptionally well groomed and mannered manager AJ helped me out. I want to say nothing but great reviews about this place they Rock so do you AJ you deserve a raise.

By far this place is really good washing equipment and lights to enjoy the wash, but 1 star off because they need to fix their vacuums. I really like how their towels weren’t old laundry smelly. Felt really nice cleaning my car.
They are nice here and one of the workers named Chris is very helpful. I like this car wash because it seems like it cleans my car up better than all the others, leaving it sparkling and shined for a long time.
