Antonio is a great employee! I asked for the tire shine and car freshener spray but was told that they didn’t have any of the car freshener spray like the other location had — which was no big deal, just asked! Snappy’s car wash on Decker Blvd always does a superior job on all 4 of our vehicles that we take to them. The service is wonderful, detailed and thorough. This is my second time using there services and My LAST!!!. I dropped my car off for 6 hours. When I came to pick up my vehicle. Not only did I have to walk outside with the cleaning person 3 times to check the car after I found areas that weren’t clean. My back seat had ice cream on the seat track. If I didn’t look back there they would have left it sticky ice cream spots still back there. When I pulled off I saw these areas (pictures are added below).
The manner was rude when I couldn’t come the next day due to me already having prior engagements. I wasn’t expecting to have my car detail cleaned a second day in the row after it being there for 6 hours the first day.
I tired to resolve the issue before writing this review. But I was hang up on after waiting on hold and rudely spoke to.
Excellent service. My car looks brand new. It was in pretty good shape, but now it looks great. Service was also easy to plan into my schedule and only took about 90 minutes. Finally, the staff was very nice. Great experience. I will be going back!
Beautiful!!!!! My car especially at the top looked like shot mess but they left it looking like it should. Come through for real, and great customer service too(shout out to Mr Anthoney!!!!!) team members and even got to interact with the owner. A+++++
I called in the morning to see if I needed to make an appointment, and I was informed there were two cars ahead of me if I came in at that particular time. I decided to drive in, and was greeted and welcomed in. After a quick assessment of my vehicle, I confirmed what I needed done and decided to wait in the waiting room. I was comfortable with waiting and it was very much worth the wait! A fantastic job was done, I would wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone who wants their car detailed, as I was recommended by my company and boss. Also many thanks to the owner for being so down to earth and friendly! Much appreciated these days! I will be back.
They did a great job. What I was expecting for the package I got. Helpful and friendly from the time I contacted them to make an appointment to the time I picked my car up. The only ding would be just attention to detail. They must have gotten distracted with something else on the job cause they did all my windows minus my rear passenger, which had all my dogs wet nose marks. Other then that, satisfied!
