- Reviews:Been here many times and used coupons each visit. Last time I had my van serviced, staff didn’t even clean the back seat, lid and tissue/paper still there. Floor mat was wet and they throw the “deodorizer” paper off the mat which in turn soaked with water instead. Consoles are not wiped well, I’ve finished cleaning up the inside instead. For almost $25 I paid, might just go to DT car wash and I’ll clean the inside myself. I suggest you check your car first before leaving the shop and point out what they “missed”. I am having similar issues with the other one star reviews with Mister refusing to cover damages incurred by their machines. This has been by far the worst experience I’ve ever had dealing with management.
My scratches occurred on Saturday, March 7th and the manager said he would contact me on Monday the 9th. No calls or emails on Monday. Wednesday finally rolls around with no word on the status of my claim. I call them to get an update and the manager assures me that he’ll call back by noon.
A call comes in at 12:40pm to let me know my claim has been denied due to my car having unrelated rock chips from highway driving on the hood. The manager tells me he will email me the email address for corporate within 15 minutes. An hour and a half later I’m stilling waiting for it.
I use to love this car wash. I gave it 5 stars until this whole dumpster fire of an incident happened. I wanted them to succeed until they refused to cover the damage they caused. I thought about giving them a try after this incident but after all this I can assure you I’ll never be back and will tell people to avoid this place. I just want them to fix what they’ve done so I can be done with this place for good. You’ve lost a once loyal customer today.
It’s just okay. I got the highest package for interior clean, and chose the highest tip option. I was asked if I wanted to add a scent, I said yes and chose New Car. The attendant was very nice. It took quite a while, probably close to an hour. It was fairly busy and I understand… there was a garden center right across the parking lot so I was happy to poke around over there. When my car was done, there was no scent and it wasn’t as clean as I would have thought. was it cleaner than it was? Yeah. But was it super clean? No. Just okay. I’ll keep doing it myself going forward and save the $40. Their lobby is nice though 🙂
Took my sons dirty truck in with low expectations since it needed a lot of attention. I just wanted a general wipe down. Told the lady give me the works and added extra tip since it was so dirty. She looked inside the car and said it wasn’t that bad. The vacuum team did amazing and they were five star. The interior wipe down that group seemed like they could care less and just completely missed wiping certain things down. Even if they would’ve done just a quick wipe of dash I would’ve been fine- but skipping it altogether set me off.
Do not leave anything of value in your car because they hire thief’s! I forgot that I had my gas money in my middle console and they stole it! 70$ ! I would not recommend them to anyone! They were not sympathetic at all and said that no one there would ever do that. Well they did! They don’t care about their customers and we’re very rude to me and just acted like they didn’t care . I will be cancelling my membership!
The interior cleaning staff really rushed the job. I paid for the premium interior cleaning at $50+, and was not at all impressed with the results. There was no attention to detail and they left the back seating area messier than it was when I arrived. I gave them 2 stars because the exterior cleaning crew did a great job.
