The front bumper probably won’t get cleaned thoroughly. That’s what happened with me as well cars coming here in general don’t get it washed with the Basic. Also, the area below the back spoiler and license plate a hard to reach area. Recommend going in and washing yourself. Finally, be sure to put your vehicle in Car Wash Mode to ensure nothing opens up or your vehicle stops midway through the wash.General comments:
Location did a good job. The vacuums are nice here, as well there’s a free air station. I appreciate they keep the site clean. I’ve heard mixed reviews on here but so far it’s been a good business. Customer service is great, would give 5 stars alone for that.
But the quality of the service itself is 2… I spent over $100 for a car wash and interior cleanse.
There was a lot of residue on my exterior which is one of the biggest reasons why I spent this much. A lot of streaking left..
I also saw so much dirt left over in my carpets! This was my first time taking my vehicle to Four Seasons. I was going to purchase the $19 wash but the attendant gave me a free vehicle wash to see if I then wanted to purchase a monthly membership. Definitely NO and I won’t be returning to any of Four Seasons car washes. Also all of the vacuums were being used and its a horrible location to have combined with a gas station that obviously is too small to accommodate several vehicles.
The car wash damaged my vehicle, left it dirty in several spots. The manager was very nonchalant and tried to convince me the “wipers of the machine don’t go in that direction”. I purchased my car in Feb it’s a 2021 with one prior owner. There wasn’t scratches on it prior to this car wash. They took forever to cancel my membership and issue a refund after trying to GAS LIGHT me and make me believe there was “no way” their machines could have caused this damage. Yeah? Well it didn’t clean my car either after running it through their car wash TWICE!! So I want my money back. Do not ever go to this car wash! Possible damage to the body of your car
9/26/22 I had to downdrade my review today. I went for my 2nd wash and my car got scratched down to primer. I was so livid when i saw it. there are other minor scratches now on the car too.
And again the blowers inefficiently dried the car.
I hate carwashes in general, but I don’t have a heated garage to detail my car anymore. Time to search for a better option.
9/9/22 The lady attendant in Aurora is very nice and explained each level of wash. and she informed me of the wash club. for the price of 2 washes you can wash your car twice a day for a whole month.
I drove here from NY so my car had plenty of road grime and remnants of insects on my hood, grille, and front of my car. unfortunately one wash didn’t remove all of them. will have to go again soon.
It is a decent carwash. It could probably use more blowers to dry the cars as there were still a lot of water droplets on the car at the end. Bring your own microfiber towels to finish drying your vehicles door jams and hard to reach areas for the blowers.
the vacuums i used had ok suction but had issues picking up the small stones, dust and debris.
I really like this car wash! I own a black truck and it gets dirty fast. Being able to go once a day makes it very convenient to just drive through the wash without having to step outta my truck. Until I’m ready to vacuum which is free by the way!!
I can’t speak for the car wash. Although the window tinting is great. The cheapest price I could find for tinting and the quality is good. Even after a year and I have no bubbles.
