This is my second time visiting Heros Car wash off of woodruff rd. I will definitely be back. The service is exceptional and the workers are very friendly. They offer all of the equipment needed to detail your car and make it look like new! I had no idea you could get your car detailed with such quality. Hands down one of the best investments ever. Scott the owner was very friendly and walked me throught the entire process before I even scheduled my appointment. He put me at ease and made the entire process simple and seamless. Also judging by the awesome google reviews I knew this was the place to go. A gentleman named Fred detailed and ceramic coated my truck. He did not miss a spot and could tell he paid attention to every detail. They spot cleaned the seats and vacuumed the interior back to brand new. But the most impressive is the outside “spot-free” ceramic coating they used. My car looks showroom ready. I used this car wash on June 3rd. According to Christian who stated he was the manager, the system malfunctioned and the top roller was not properly turned off. As you can see the roller damaged my rod holder, rack and bent the rails on my truck bed where the clamps for the rack held it on the bed. I was told that the individual running the car wash should have never left the bay as it was his job to hit the kill switch if something happened. He left the bay and proceeded to enter his van at the entrance of the car wash. I had to sit in The car wash while blowing my horn to try and get the attention of someone. I was left In The bay for multiple minute. I blew my horn and No one came to help. I finally had to exit the bay at my peril to finally find Christian, who was about to leave for the day. I was told this would be taken care of and that they would pay for all damages. I have given Christian a quote for all things damaged. It is now 06/16 and I still have not heard from anyone on how this damage will we resolved. FYI I was told by one of the individuals who did my quote for the truck that this is a regular occurrence at Zips. When I told him what happened he asked if it happened at Zips. Used this car wash at your own peril. I have now tried to follow up with Christian the last two days and am being ignored. Left a message, no call back.
Update…. We are now on day 6 with no calm back from Manager Christian. I asked him to provide me with a claim number. You would thing 20 days after a claim was created that this would be provided to the customer. No such luck.
I filled out the online form as the response to my review asked me to do. We will see if corporate cares about what is currently happening with this situation. At this point, unless you have the money to fix damages caused by this car wash out of pocket and then go after them in small claims court I would not recommend getting your vehicle washed here. Not a good place when things go wrong.
Car wash and cleaner/towel use. Christian was awesome! Helped me get a membership for the same price as 1 basic wash. Now I can come in any time!

I wanted my car washed after all the junk they sprayed on the roads. However my car didn’t get cleaned very good at all. It still had cat prints on the hood and still very dirty! So that was a waste of 20 bucks!
Very deceitful business practices. An employee stands at the kiosk as you pull in. A kiosk that is obviously created as a self serve kiosk. They inform you they are running a special. $15 for 1 month of unlimited washes. The employee processes the payment and clicks all the buttons on the screen for you. What the employee fails to inform you is that their 1 month special of unlimited washes automatically rolls over at the end of the month and enrolls you into a monthly subscription service @ $35 a month. All the buttons the employee is pressing quickly on the screen that you never see are acknowledging the subscription.
Since the employee is standing there doing everything for you at a self serve kiosk, they know they are doing something misleading. Very frustrating that a business chooses to conduct themselves like this.
CAM help me out. He replaced my sticker and now it’s working again. Now I can get my car washed without calling somebody over to let me in. Great guy he took take care of it quickly. You don’t have that level of Customer Service much anymore. Great job.
